Absolutely appalling, shambolic service. First member of the customer service team was unable to put me through to a planner. The second succeeded but he planner told me if I submitted my plans they would not be approved. There was no opportunity within this 5 minute slot to discuss dimensions to clarify the situation. When I phoned back to do so I was told the planner was not available.
In this situation a very rushed decision was made without reference to any relevant detail.
