As much as I want to spend more quality time with my mom and take good care of her myself I can not because I have two small kids that still go to school and a business to run. So I hired a caregiver from this agency to be my partner in fulfilling this mission. It has been a long while now since I made that decision and so far the care they have provided her has exceeded my expectations. They treated my mom like she is theirs too. And for that I am forever grateful and I highly recommend you give them a try if you are in the same situation as me.

Kudos to you guys! Staff are always willing to walk an extra mile just give your loved ones the care that they deserve. They have one of the lowest rates of caregiving services in Sacramento. I'm so grateful we chose them for my grandmother. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs this type of service!

For almost five years now (on and off) , Personalized Homecare has been there for my grandma. We have known them thru referral from a family friend. They have been a Godsend to us especially Maria and a few other relievers. My grandmother was not an easy lady to please but Maria was firm but compassionate. The office staff communicates regarding scheduling with us no problem, even have after hours they return our call. We stick to them because they have and still have one of the lowest rates of caregiving services in Sacramento. And no contract! Their prices are posted on their website. Highly recommended.

Staff and caregivers took very good care of Grandma.

Watching my grandmother getting old was hard. She's very dear to me and I would always want her to be comfortable. We came across Personalized Home Care Agency and got their services(super reasonable rates). I was amazed how patient and caring their staff were. Knowledgeable and well trained. Now we've referred them to family friends. Extremely happy with their services!

Poor service. They offer rather expensive care ($25 per hour) and their caregivers are only adequate at best.
At the intake for my mother, who has Alzheimer's, it was noted that we have a dog and twice they sent over caregivers that did not get along with dogs. One day they insisted that the dog be made to stay outside on when the temperature was reaching over 100.
Another day, at the last minute, their caregiver who was scheduled to come to our home cancelled leaving me w/o anyone my mother when I had made several plans for the day.
The final straw was when a caregiver came over and after my mother had only been up for a couple of hours, the caregiver put my mother down for a 2-3 hour nap. I had to delay my mother"s bedtime for another couple of hours that day as she wasn't tired and would have been wandering around the house all night long.
So expensive, not reliable, sends the wrong people, caregivers not willing to really spend time with the client and more,

Poor service, dishonest, poor communication. Will turn you in Adult Protected Services without attempt to partner with to resolve issues.

Very Reliable and staff are very helpful .They took care of my mother in law with compassion and respect. I highly recommend this agency .
