I am praying the two other people that starred the same were able to finally have their dream for their family. I have been under so much stress for just about 45 days and still haven t closed. The sellers put our house on the market last night because no one would respond to them. Even though we may have 3 days left, I am pleading with this company please finalize my paperwork so my children and I can have our sanity and dreams. This is an exhausting process and 28 days to close is now 45 that is if we do close and they live up to the agreement of the approval letters. I have never done this before but I can t get through to someone that can help finalize this process and it s mothers day weekend and we will be homeless next week.
This is my second transaction with Charles and it was again a pleasure working with him. His communication at every step of the lending process was very appreciated because as a Realtor or as a buyer I s very important to know the status of the loan approval process to make sure that the milestones in the purchase contract are timely reached, but besides that, Charles has a way to make things happen and a disposition to resolve the inevitable hurdles along the process that very few lenders have.

My first house purchase... disaster! They are not on top of their game. Too many mistakes in the numbers, agreements and etc that resulted in shelling out more money on my end for the closing cost.

I am a returning customer! Few years ago Kaelen and her team assisted me in refinancing my house. Recently I had to go through divorce and part of it were the common properties and the house being part of it. Due to the nature of the circumstances, all being fluid, for more than a year we could not settle on the house; from purchasing the other party s share to selling the property in midst of children's schools and pandemic but at no part Kaelen and her team lost focus on providing their best consultations!
