I ordered a number of personalized gifts for a Father's Day present, even paid next day delivery shipping charge of $50+ only to have my order delivered 3days late. The irony is I ordered another item in which I requested the cheapest ($13) which should have been delivered 2weeks later, but was delivered a day after my $50 next day delivery.

If you order from this place again, DON'T PAY THE OVERCHARGE SHIPPING!!!! It's a RIP OFF!! So disappointed!! They should have at least credited me for the delay. Customer service person I spoke to was horrible.
