I ordered a personalized grad teddy bear for my sister who is going of to college. When it came, it came without the hat and only with a few days left before she left to college. I also called to try to get the missing part, but they said they might not be able to ship it before she leaves. Also, the quality of the bear was not worth what I payed for, AND IT WAS ON SALE. They just gave us paper, ribbons, and the lowest quality things they could find. Even I could make the diploma they gave me! I didn't want a bunch of loose limbs and cheap fabric, I wanted a gift my sister could remember. THEY WASTED MY MONEY, and I would give them 0 stars if I could.
