Just had two bedroom floors replaced by Dove Interiors. Previously had them install backsplash in kitchen. Both experiences were the best !! Had wonderful experience going in. Picked very expensive carpet. Lara was great. Came out and measured and gave me a bid of 5,850. I am trying to support all local family businesses as I can. I went in to pay to get this started. I was treated so rudely by two ladies who worked there. I was told to come in and Lara would have my file there and I could just pay and go. The two ladies knew nothing and instead of finding the person that could help they just wanted to argue and be clueless. I had no time or confidence now in making such a purchase. But the gentleman whom I had first picked the carpet the first time I was there came over and was super apologetic and so nice. He was helping me. A lady one of the owners ~~dark hair) was caddy and sarcastic and I told her the ladies were acting rude like her. She looked at her good employee and very SNOTTY. Very Karen told the man to rip up the contract?!?! I m trying to support local business and spend 6k and she s a B! Seriously. Do NOT tho there. Zero RESPECT! Zero. Wasted all my time so she could Karen out!!! I will find a chain and pay less and not support local family businesses like this if this is how the owner s appreciate local customers! It will be cheaper at the other place I choose anyway. I hope your employees appreciated you cancelling their 6k sale! I will tell EVERYONE not to go to Dove Carpets.
We knew what we wanted when we went to Dove Interiors to look around. Our sales person, Alejandro Nardin, sold us on their product and service. He was so knowledgeable and from start to finish had his finger on our project, constantly checking in. He didn't consider the job finished until we were 100% satisfied. We are loving our Luxury Vinyl Flooring and carpet. I highly recommend this business for your flooring project.
Excellent customer service from Lara immediately when I entered the store. She was knowledgeable about the products I previewed and answered all my questions. I felt confident that I walked into the right place to have flooring done in my home.
The installers were professional, hard working individuals who took care of my home while hauling materials in and out. The finished floors are beautiful !! This is the place to go for home flooring renovations.
We felt very fortunate to get paired with Lara for our job. With her extensive assistance we chose New Carpeting for the Bedrooms and Luxury Vinyl Planks for the Great Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Hall and Den.
Installation of the carpeting was completed before the Luxury Vinyl Planking due to a back order of the Luxury Vinyl but we got a call from Lara that the Vinyl seemed to appear out of the Blue and was a few weeks early from the original delivery date.
Lara provided outstanding service throughout the entire process. Always available to answer questions, visiting our home during installation, and just curing our concerns. What a great individual to assist with the entire process.
The installations both went exceedingly well and the final product is a new look that we LOVE.

I cannot say enough good things about Dove and their staff. We worked with Lara picking out new flooring to replace our carpet with. She was so helpful and kept in touch through out the entire process. She also visited the house during installation to make sure everything was going well and we were happy. The installation crew was the best. They were extremely neat, timely and quality was second to none. The whole process I felt comfortable and the results exceeded my expectations. We will definitely be using them moving forward.
Once again Dove Interiors Carpet One Floor & Home have done a great job. I had a long narrow window in my laundry room that let in way too much afternoon sun and heat. Kim from Dove Interiors suggested going with shutters because you can adjust the light coming in and they are easy to clean and for a laundry room that is important. Mary Ann is great at keeping you informed and setting up the install. Dion came out to do the install and did a great job. Their installers always do a good job of clean up too. I am very happy with Dove Interiors and will always look to them first for any job that we need done.
