I don't usually participate in writing reviews, as many are from friends of the owner, however, the sole review in this forum at the time of writing, is negative in nature, from an individual who does not offer their name, No details are provided.

In fairness I wish to state, no business is perfect, and any problems and concerns I have experienced with PCT, over the past 15 years, were addressed in a fair, honest and professional manner.

I offer this "review" in an effort to setting the record straight.
