I have been going here for years and have always been happy with services.

I had an initial consultation and they were extremely helpful. I already knew the procedure I was interested in, but they were able to discuss in more detail how it would work. I also didn't feel like they were trying to sell me anything (they actually talked me out of a few things I was looking into). I would recommend for skin treatments.

Love this spa. I've been going there for years. Deedra is my go-to for facials and waxing.

I only wish they had a steam room and dry sauna.

I had a wonderful facial followed by a good massage. The spa is quiet, relaxing and exactly what I needed. The staff was kind and welcoming. I'll be going back.

This is a very nice spa. It is very clean and the girls who work in the front desk are nice and professional. At the end of April I had a Vitalize peel done and had great results. I started to peel after about 36 hours after application and peeled heavily for about 6 days. I went back on on 05/29/2018 and had the Rejuvenize peel done (by a different esthetician) which is the strongest they offer. I was supposed to start peeling in 24-48 hours. Needless to say I never peeled. I didnt even flake or have any slight change in my skin. I have had a 4 peels in the past and i have always peeled. I called them on 06/01/2018 (after waiting 72 hours) and explained to Anna that I hadnt peeled at all, after explaining that I had the strongest peel done she said she would advise the esthetician that performed my peel and she would have her contact me. Its now 06/05/2018 and I have yet to receive a call from anyone at their clinic. I would think that after paying $220 for a peel + a $20 tip and getting absolutely no results that someone would have the decency to call back a paying customer. The first esthetician was awesome, I have no idea what happened with the other woman who performed my peel (she was nice but obviously not effective). I did notice that the first esthetician took her time with me and I was there about 45 mins, when the second one was done I was in and out in about 20. I am very disappointed in this last visit and wont be returning since they obviously dont care about customer retention.

I went in for a syringe of Juvederm and all the ladies were more then helpful. The vibe in there is real relaxing, before anything they ask you want you're interested in doing and have no problem helping you out. (I loved Nicole!!)

Persona is a first class operation and the treatments are always top notch and worth the price. They also have great promotions often for a variety of services.

I recently visited the Persona medspa off West Alabama and had a deep tissue massage with Noemi, it was wonderful! She is very attentive and friendly, she definitely made my experience memorable. It was definitely the best massage I've ever had, and I've had a few dozen in my life. The staff is very friendly and professional, and the business is very relaxing. I highly recommend this establishment for anyone who is seeking a massage!

Long Time Customer - I've been a customer with Persona for over 10 years. They are my go to place for all my spa procedures (massage, facials, Botox, laser treatments). I moved to Dallas 9 months ago. I needed to have my Botox/Fillers updated and had it done locally. "Cringe-worthy"! I have an appointment with BETH next week to make be beautiful again! :)

DO NOT GO TO THIS SPA!!! Was made to wait in Relaxation Room for 1.5 hrs and then told that there was a 'miscommunication' with the staff if the service could be provided on a different date.

Best neighborhood spa! Make sure you see Dominique for a consult. She s the best and only one I trust. Always genuinely honest about what you do and don t need. Never trying to sell you anything. She and Yvonne are the only reason I go as often as I do ;) Highly recommend!!

Persona is "the go to" place for all your skin care needs. I have tried many different places around Houston and none of them can compare in quality and authenticity of treatments and services that Persona provides. If service is offered, it will be provided using up to date equipment and not just some machine you can find in a nail shop.
I also want to extend many thanks to Jeanette. She is very knowledgable, professional, attentitive, and she listens to her clients.

I came here as a referral and everything was fine until check out at reception. I was paying and she asked me for gratuity for the lady who did my service. FIRST thing is that you should NEVER ask people if they are going to leave a tip or not that is up to their digression if they want to or not. YOU CANNOT ASK SOMEONE FOR A TIP FOR SOMEONE WHO IS GETTING PAID TO DO THEIR JOB REMEMBER THAT. IF THE PERSON WHO GOT THE SERVICES DOESN'T FEEL THE NEED TO LEAVE A TIP THEY DO NOT HAVE TOO. YOU CANNOT FORCE SOMEONE TO LEAVE A TIP. TOP IT ALL SHE WAS LIKE WELL I AM CLOSING THE REGISTER AND THE SALON IN ABOUT 30 MINUTES SO IF YOUR GOING TO LEAVE AND COME BACK FOR A TIP THEM PLEASE HURRY. ABSOLUTELY NOT...I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. REMEMBER YOU CANNOT ASK PEOPLE TO LEAVE A TIP OR IF THEY ARE GOING TO. DON'T YOU THINK IF I WAS GOING TO LEAVE A TIP I WOULD HAVE???? I have been going to Persona Day Spa for four years now for various services and have been extremely pleased. The staff is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I never have to wait, and the facilities are gorgeous and relaxing. Their prices are very competitive but they also run several specials year-round for cost savings. Kathi Jones is an expert in her field and truly cares about providing her patients with the best care and the best results.

I enjoy my facials at Persona Medical Spa! I have THE BEST facialist, Diedree. She is friendly, honest about your skin needs and tells you exactly the products you need! I look forward to my monthly sessions - its true beauty bliss/regime. You will not regret coming to Persona Medical Spa :)

The issue between the lack of communication between the front desk and therapist has a huge impact on the service, experience and ultimately price.

Make sure you ask throughout your visit from the appointment call for a breakdown of the services and cost, same at the check in and prior you get into the session. They don't communicate well or maybe there is another reason (?) Which I want to believe is just miscommunication. They did charge me for a service that I had to walk thru at the session bc the person didn't know and the order of the treatment was backwards bc she did not know I was in for what I had asked for. In hindsight I should have asked for a refund at the front desk bc the results were much less effective than the 1st time when I actually got the single treatment. I just wanted to add a microdermabrasion but she started with that so my skin was already irritated to go back to get the rest. So I assume there was some shortcut treatment I received to fix the original requested. I did get charge full price.

Best facial results ever. Better communication between the front desk and the therapist will be desirable for a better experience. The facial was amazing.

The spa itself is attractive and clean. I had cool sculpting and vela shape procedures. They both went pretty much as expected. Staff is nice.

The real judgement call will come when and if I see results! I have one more cs treatment and 5 more vs treatments. The place is not cheap, but if it works, I'll be pleased.

I went in for a consultation and the practitioner was very kind and informative. She didn't try to push anything, and I felt very comfortable asking her candid questions and knowing she'd answer them truthfully. I had a facial and was very happy with the procedure and results; I'm going back for another!

Have never really experienced a facial service quite like I did at Persona Medical Spa. They pay attention to every detail from the moment you walk in, to ensure your complete comfort and relaxation.

I went with the Sustaining Beauty facial and my esthetician was Joyce, who I would highly recommend to any one going there. However all of the staff is wonderful. I recommended a couple people right away after my first visit and the ones who ended up going loved it. It's a very soothing and reliable experience. 5 stars all the way :)

I recently moved here and dreaded finding new places for all the things that a girl does to maintain herself and then, to relax. But Persona Med spa does it all--and they do it all well! All of the staff are friendly , personable, and eager to help with anything you might want or need--very accommodating to our busy schedules! All of the service providers have been working there for years and you will never be their learning curve! I highly recommend;-)

You ll cry, left to deal with damage to your face,they won t fix it & will ignore you. Greedy owner Kathi & rude manager. Disgusted with the worst customer service I ve experienced, not ethical when they re wrong, not trained well - a Dr said I was injected in wrong place & too deep causing serious damage. Not worth being treated like dirt:( Beware, or you might be in tears every time you look in the mirror.

I ve never left a review on anything before, but I felt the need to for Persona Medical Spa.
I had an appointment with Beth today; She was very informative, helpful and sweet. She answered any questions I had and I felt 100% comfortable with her- I went to a couple consultations at different medical spas prior to this appointment, but I did not feel confident moving past the consultation stage with any other place.
I ended up getting Botox & Voluma; I m so happy with my results!
The ladies at the front desk were also very helpful and nice. So glad I found this place, highly recommend!

Dominique consulted with me, listened to my concerns and had a very detailed treatment plan customized for me. This was my first dermaplane and facial so I was extremely nervous, but she made me feel like she really had my best interests at heart. Noemi performed my facial and did exactly as I asked and I walked out of there so pleased with my results. I will absolutely recommend this Med Spa to all of my friends and I will be back again myself.

I have been going to Persona for facials for two years and I love it. Alison is amazing with her technique. I'm spoiled and will only go to her. The spa itself is very relaxing. I always arrive early to spend time in the relaxation room prior to my service. I highly recommend allowing the extra time for pre-service relaxation, and afterwards too!

I love Persona! The staff is very accommodating and kind and it s a very relaxing place. Janeth is my go to girl for my laser hair treatments and she is awesome! The treatments have gone perfectly and she makes sure I m always comfortable!

I went to Persona Medical Spa to get treated for acne. The results were AMAZING. I have not been this clear in years. The technician was very knowledgeable. She asked several questions about how I currently treat my acne and gave me several recommendations. Although she did suggest a few products that I could purchase their, she also gave me several over the counter suggestions too. I will definitely be going back.

I was disappointed by their method of misleading me. Their interest is to make money from the customers. They don't care about what is wrong with you. I have visited their place for foot massage, I have swollen feet, - I must say it was excellent by the masseuse. I wanted to inquire from their reception if they do acupuncture, and the answer was 'YES' , I asked the second question '- Will my acupuncture help my situation?'. Immediately she booked me with their acupuncture specialist. I went to her, asked the same question. Her answer was "She believes so" . When I had to pay my bill, I was charged for that question 65$. To me this is not decent and honest for what took place.

I have been going to Persona Day Spa for years. It's conveniently located with easy access now that Ruggle's Green has moved. Their staff is courteous and quick to help you when looking for available appointments that fit into your schedule. They put your needs first.

Been having dry skin especially on my face and someone suggested to come here. Let me tell you my skin never looked better. I also left with the products they used and a handwritten list of instructions on how to use them. It isn t a cheap place but my skin has been great since and I haven t done the full regiment daily yet.

Persona Medical Spa always provides value for money spent. I use Alison for foto facials and regular facials. She is very gentle, knowledgeable, and professional in all treatments. All the aestheticians are well trained and consistently good. I would recommend Persona to anyone who values a relaxing and healthy spa experience.

Went for botox. I had wrinkles under the eye from an allergic reaction to a under eye cream. Tech suggested botox under eye. It caused terrible cratering under lower eyelid and supraorbital ridge. Not Happy

I went to Persona Med Spa last week for my initial consultation. I was greeted by friendly people and beautiful faces. The lady who did my consultation (sorry I forgot her name) is so awesome! She was honest and very helpful. I wanted to get a facial treatment and botox for my ultimate mom day and they tried their best to get the services I wanted on the same day. They served mimosas (heaven) while I was waiting at their relaxation room. The lady who did my facial was so sweet. I think it's one of the best facials I've ever had. I have had many many facial treatments in Los Angeles and been to various med spas in LA... I honestly think that Persona Medical Spa is one of the best Med Spas I've ever been to. Now the best part is the botox treatment. It's my first time ever. At age 31 with a 1 year old baby, I felt like I've aged signficantly. I was hesistant to get it and just afraid of how it will be like. The RN in the office (Kristi) greeted me with a warm smile, explained to me how it is, held my hand - and that just convinced me to do it! I am so happy with the results! It's amazing! Kristi is so awesome! I am definitely coming back for more. I'm so happy I found my mom place in Houston :)

Best massage in Houston! Always great service and staff.

This was an already expensive place to have things done, but when I was less an hour late of cancelling my appointment they charged me $150. Ridiculous. That's more than my appointment would have been. I would just stay away from this place.

This a fabulous spa. The massage therapists Brittany and Noami are excellent. I also love the facials I have received there---they have lots of treatments and products available. The staff is courteous and helpful. I take family and friends there--

The best thing about Persona is their quality of service and staff. I ve been visiting there for over 2 years now and I d consider them experts and better than any alternative place. Dominique is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. She is not a pushy at sales and will be completely honest. Yvonne is a master at CoolSculpting, Beth does my Botox and Noemi is a one of a kind massage therapist!

The best medical spa I've been to. I love all their facials, massages, and am a regular waxing customer. Persona only hires top notch employees with experience, so you're sure to love their work. The atmosphere is superb for checking out of busy Houston and relaxing for a few hours of pampering or a quick in and out service.
