I had a good delivery. Go on the scale, wait for the light to flash. It could take a while. Pull off and to the right past the stop sign, check in with a 450 delivery number. Unload at the open air dock, sweep out, scale out, get bol. With 1 truck ahead of me, I was there 2 hours. I was treated well.

We arrived well before the 4 o'clock cutoff and was told we would not be unloaded. I tried to explain to multiple people at this facility that our driver's mother had passed away and he needed to get to her funeral. I was shocked to her them literally say they did not care. Completely repulsive.

Rate confirmation in the picture. According to the fill in receiving person, they cannot unload me until tomorrow morning. The employees blame the brokers and can't help me because they "need to teach these brokers a lesson". I had to cancel my next two loads, and we know I won't be able to find a Saturday pickup heading to my house. Unprofessional and rude. I promise I'll never be back. If you read the other reviews this has been an on going show for years. Drivers beware.

Shane in shipping and receiving is nothing but a complete ass. Ask for a push broom to clean my trailer out and he threw a temper tantrum and failed to provide the broom. I will never deliver here again just because of him.

TRY TO AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT, ITS NOT WORTH IT, I WAS VERBALLY ABUSED BY THE RECEIVING OFFICE FACULTY..
not polite, disrespectful, unprofessional and absolutely no respect for drivers. Person and superior at the receiving office both need to be immediately discharged/fired and replaced from this establishment. Appointment was for 7:30am I arrived earlier to be told that my appointment is in fact at 1:00pm. this was not a problem to me because I was going to reset my H.O.S around there anyways, the receiver took my paperwork and I politely asked if I can get my paper that I gave to him back so I can put my arrival time on there. He told me that he will not give me the paper back with a bad attitude so I asked him again if I can please have the paper so my time can be on there. he got up from his chair snatched the paperwork out of my hands and gave me my paper. He kicked my out of the office by opening the door and pushing me out with his body and saying get out of my office and talk to his boss when the boss arrives I asked what time does the boss arrive and he got more aggressive and proceeded to kick me out of the office (even though I told him not to touch me he did I should have contacted the police but I just wanted to finish the load and never come back, I waited in my truck for awhile not knowing what time his boss arrives so I got out and asked one of the loaders he was polite but as soon as he was going to tell me the receiver at the receiving office came out and started talking to the loader so he can avoid me I asked again what time and was avoided so I went back to my truck and waited some more I then seen one of the spotters so I approached him and said good morning and asked him if he knows anything about the arrival of the boss he responded with no I said thank you and proceeded to go back into my truck out of the peripherals of my eyes I seen some thing rushing and charging towards me I looked and it was some lady that started verbally abusing me right away, I asked her if she was the boss or if she knows what time the boss will be in and she just kept on talking to me the same way. I asked her if I have permission to speak and she just kept on talking and not listening and told me that I m not going to be getting unloaded and that I need to leave... I hope this gets to their higher superior/corporate so something can be done about it and that drivers can know what their getting into before they arrive.. be safe out there and God bless you all.... and sorry for the long post
