Went in for interview with Megan, very pleasant! She s professional, classy, just really nice. I didn t get the job due to some red flags in my background check. I don t remember her asking beyond my DUI, but that s on me! I should have stopped her and explained further. I think anyone applying here will love their job if they get hired. Just being union , which I m going back to, always been hired on the spot. I was for sure willing to take a big cut in pay to work here, simplify my life. That was my goal. Then retire in 9 years. Just remember you don t have to have felonies to lose out....put everything on the table. Doesn t matter how good your work history is!!! I learned a hard one here, but owe PDI many thanks for the privilege of being considered! Sense this post I talked to Steve Wright owner of Guaranty Research for an hour and a half...amazing man!!! We told life stories and he told me how to expunge my records. He said they where small charges I could expunge without a lawyer. Such a cool guy, no words!
