Only good thing about this place is the food. Other than that, terrible service, table are way too close to each other, uncomfortable chairs. Hostess' are very rude and make you feel like you are not welcome there. Waiters the same. Nobody checks on you, nobody cares. It could have been a very cool place. But it's not.
Despite the Italian name this is not an Italian restaurant :) Worth a try! Great food, great vibes. Service is not too quick, prices are ok

We went to 5 (3 adults and 2 teenagers, 13 years) in this restaurant because we wanted Mediterranean cuisine and this "restaurant" should offer it. When we arrived it was said that we are not allowed in because the age limit is 21. That would still be acceptable but that it was NOT VISIBLE that they smoke shisha there, that is not possible !!!!!!! You should call it shisha bar instead of mediterranean restaurant !!

I've been here once and I had an okay experience. I came here with a party of about 8 and we had been there for quite a while. The food was good and the hookah was great. The only thing is that after a while the weightless kept giving us a dirty look because they needed to clear the table for some of their more special guests which isn't how you do service.

So first off , dont get me wrong, it is a very nice hookah lounge. I come here every or every other tuesday and i bring new people here all the time. Some bartender already know me. Today on a friday, i understand it probably does get a little busier than usual, i went with a lady. I went up to the host and hostess and asked how long would it take to get a table, the host(not much hair, brown-dark skinned) told me that it would take 20 minutes. Cool, i waited with the lady for about 40 minutes standing right next to the entrance right by the host station. After he sat about 2-3 groups of people i walked up again and asked how long it would take, he told me we cant sit you. Well first off, as a restaurant. Maybe you should let me know before i ask you after standing there for 40 minutes without me asking you.
A little background story is normally i come dressed very formally, normally after work from the clinic on tuesdays, no lie, sometimes even in my scrubs on tuesdays and i always bring people here raving about it. But today i came dressed very casual, a pink tv and cargo shorts (yes im describing what i wore so you can remember me if you are reading this pergola management). I think its messed up to not have the curiosity to tell a customer that after waiting 40 minutes for a table because the host (guy) told me and the lady i was with it would take 20 minutes that there are no tables available. I have been here for about 8-9 months and definitely every other week.
Would loce to give this place 4-5 stars but the treatment today is very poor, if anything, we were ignored while we stood next to the host station waiting. If they would have just said, its busy, we are not sure, we wouldve simply gone and went elsewhere.

Went there last night the managers were nice especially Jeffery. The only downside is too many requirements to be seated. And the overpriced drinks. But the virgin mojito was excellent. And the waitress downstairs aren t very friendly.
Literally just walked out of the place. Had a waitress named Rita. Girl had more attitude and didn t want to wait on me. I ve been coming in here for quite some time and needless to say this will be my last. Get your staff in check!

Great go-to in the area to hang. Aside from some awkward table and chair placements, it's a great bar and restaurant and awesome for hookah enjoyment. Meatballs are fantastic and the octopus salad is delicious. Presentation is awesome. Would go again asap!

They hookah was amazing. Their hookah never disappoints me. Had few drinks very nice atmosphere. Friendly staff, especially the bar tenders. This place gets very crowded after 8pm. If you are into that kind of scene, make sure you make reservations. If you want to smoke with relaxed environment, then any time from 1pm to 7pm is good time. Another plus point is that this is one of the few places in city that offers hookah before 4pm.
I was told the wait for a table is 45 minutes and I waited over 2 hours and was never seated. I ended up walking out of the place! Good luck waiting if you are on a waiting list. They have no idea how seating works. Never again!

Best hookah lounge in the city. Best hookah lounge I have ever been to. There is a club/lounge feel on the weekend nights. People are not afraid to get up and dance. I have been a few times and was beyond happy with each visit.

I have not had one issue with the service there. With or without a reservation they try their hardest to seat you no matter how slammed they are. Mona is an excellent human being, hope to be graced by her presence when you choose to go here.

The food is amazing. The music is loud so don't expect to hear the person next to you. The service is the same as your train conductor on the 1 train. If you make a reservation don't be surprised if you get kicked out anyway.

Fraudulent business. I was charged twice for one bill and was told repeatedly the manager was busy. After 7 days and numerous phone calls nobody has been able to give me an answer. I now have to go through my bank to file a claim. Terrible customer service. Terrible and rude staff. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
I've been here before and typically service is decent. However, today it was below average and for no reason I can pinpoint. I was there from 3:30pm on a Friday, with not much going on and the drink order took a while, the food took about 30 mins which wasn't a big deal in the moment. However, after finally getting the food, and it took another 20 mins before our server came to check on us. We ordered another round of drinks which came pretty quickly however our hookah needed new coals and after signalling to two different employees it still took another 20 mins before they came. Even at this point, I really didn't have a huge issue with anything stated so far..was Just trying to enjoy my afternoon. It's now about 4:45pm, and out waitress who has been MIA was no where to be found... After trying to make eye contact with the other staff I finally saw her and flagged her down.. explained that we wanted another round of drinks. She mentioned that her shift has ended and she transferred our tab to someone else.. ok now I understand this happens often at bars etc so that's fine, however I've never been to an establishment where your waitress doesn't give you the heads up that their shift is changing and or the new waitress doesn't come over to indicate they will be now serving you and to find out if you need anything else. I literally had to flag her down after waiting for some time for some attention, then after the new waitress comes over... We put in our drink order and she too disappears for another 15mins. Coincidentally a manager comes over to ask if everything is ok, I explained we've been waiting for quite some time for a few drinks and acknowledged the delay went and brought our drinks. I'm still not done... One of the drinks had a bug in it... Like a fly of some sort... Yuck. We brought this to their attention, and while the manager removed it from our bill the while experience left alot to be desired and based on this I would not recommend this place.

It's a bit pricy compared to other places in the city, but the atmosphere is great. It is nicely decorated, the staff is very nice and attentive, and the overall place is very nice. It's a good place for a date night, birthday dinner or catching up with friends. I'd recommend this place any time.

HORRIBLE AND RUDE SERVICE. Friend and I got here at 8:00pm on a Friday night, and were told we only had an hour to stay. The hostess I quote said, "if you do not cooperate, I will not cooperate" as if she was threatening us. Not only that, once we got to our seats, we weren't served for 20 minutes. I tried flagging down a waiter, who made eye contact with me, but brushed me off. Once we were finally served our drinks, they were extremely watered down. What establishment treats customers this way? Never again.

Staff has an attitude, specially one person named Jarien. Gave me a table right under the AC, when I asked them if they could find another one since we were a bigger group(original reservation was for 6 and only three had showed up at this point) they told us point blank to either take whats there or leave!

Security guy told me to give him money if we wanted to go in, otherwise it s a private event. Meanwhile letting in 4 taxi drivers wearing $10 sneakers because they know a staff member or something. If you re wearing nice Zegna suits , Canada goose or expensive shoes, DON T come here. Security will try to shake u down first.

i went to pick up my mealpal today and waited 30 minutes. it was really annoying because i counted at least 6 workers and none of them stopped over to all of the mealpal people (there were about 6 of us too) to tell us anything about the status of our lunch. they just stared at the growing group of people at the side of the bar and did nothing. only when i finally caught the attention of one of them was when i asked and they said that they were making them now. is it so hard to let us know that our meals are being prepared instead of leaving all of us standing there clueless? and i should not have to wait 30 minutes for my food. the whole point of mealpal is to pick it up and go without any hassle. you know how many people are going to be there for food and when, the least you can do is make sure it's all ready in time. really poor customer service, only care about those that are sit-ins. their food is alright.
It was ok, lovely place. Food was great and hookah too. Great options for happy hour. Just dont stay too long tho, you get told how they need tables when there were two empty ones next to us.
