Worst place ever! Rude staff and extremely unprofessional. Avoid this place ...if I could give it a 0 I would give it a negative 5.

Arrive warly because its a popular spot - gets crowded. Variety of music throughout the night and good hookah.

Not only did they not let my friend back in after he went out to smoke a cigarette... they kept his card at the bar, ran a tab on it, AND processed the card with a tip on it without him signing for it. This place was a pure disappointment from beginning to end.

Love their vibe, food and drinks but the service especially the hostess staff is atrocious. I've been here 4 times and they have the worst service and attitude ever. You're standing in front of them and they legit pretend they can't see you and talk amongst themselves. Every time I've come here its been this experience before or if I even get seated....

Absolutely delicious, chicha restaurant that seems to be hyper trend for New Yorkers.

Marie was a wonderful waitress. Food was delicious and the homemade chips were excellent. Hookah was so fun, music was perfect for the evening and we had a great time.

The music got progressively louder as my friend I were there to the point where we couldn t hear each other. Food is good but too small of portions for the price they re asking. The bathrooms are literally next to the kitchen exit so there s people bumping into each other.

Good variety of music, excellent service and even better food. First time in New York and this hookah bar surely did not disappoint. I would recommend pergola to all!

This place was AMAZING! The food, hookah, and drinks were all incredible. I was blown away with how authentic and fresh all of their dishes were. We tried a lot of different food + dessert options on the menu and they were all a solid 10/10. BIG Shoutout to Al for the hospitality and for making us feel like family. This is definitely the SPOT!

This place is so over hyped. There is no doubt that they have really good quality hookah but the drinks are quite bad and so over priced. They need to hire qualified bartenders. Also, it seems like you get a table only if you know someone who works for the restaurant other wise forget about getting a table on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. We walked in and asked if we could get a table for 3. We we're the first one to be the wait list and asked how long would be our expected wait time. They didn't provide any guidance. I mean most places will at least give you a time frame. We waited for and hour and half and left in frustration. We finally ended up going to Arabsque. They have equally good hookah. And they have live music with belly dancing. Do give it a try

Went there on the 11 of jan and had a blast you won't regret going there hookah is unlimited for 35 bucks and the food is nice the atompshore is cool relax music has a good variety you also ask the dj to play the music you wanna hear I had fun go there

The place was wonderful but the staff was ridiculously unprofessional!! One waiter literally took my USED utensils and placed them on the table and expected me to use the same ones after my meal arrived! There was no one at the reception area when we arrived and the host came after few minutes of waiting. The hookah was good and food was halal and good.

Very nice setup, good food, one of the better spots in nyc.

Accord Group Italian restaurant,
We spend a nice time with colleagues or friends under a little background of urban music and a very colorful atypical decoration.
I don't recommend it for a romantic dinner but the dishes are good and generous ... the waiters are Italian for the most part and we are made to feel welcome after a few waits at the entrance.
The pizzas were top notch.

BLACK PEOPLE AVOID!!! Denied entry at 11pm on a Friday night and witnessed others able to go in without reservations because they supposedly "know the owner". First time ever going to an establishment and being denied.

4 stars for great service. I only had fries and sheesha. It could be a bit disappointing if you are a hookah enthusiast. But for most people who don't smoke regularly should be ok. A bit expensive though. But given the location I kinda get that.

I see how people sometimes feel they get treated a certain type of way but they have to know that this place is EXCLUSIVE so my advice always make your reservations before you go there

My friends made a reservation for my birthday dinner, the first thing we are told by the hostess when we arrive is ..."i need the table before 10" no hello how are you welcome nope just follow her n points to someone else. The food n drinks r edible. Then we are reminded once again at 9:30 they need the table, not how is your experience going? Would you like something else? We, by that time pretty much finished cuz guess what? We rushed through the food and the drinks n the hookah. We actually say we are pretty much done n if we can have the check, I f****ing kid you not we did not get the check until 10:20 and asked 3 different staff members. I wanted to just walk out honestly, $400 for a table of 4 with automatic gratuity that is un.de.served. included is not plausibly acceptable for this place and its lackluster service. Will not recommend, will not speak highly and will not return.

Hookah is good and the hookah attendants were helpful! But the restaurant and bar service was very poor.
I waited 10+ minutes to get my check for a drink at the bar while it was slow..the bartender was busy doing shots with her friends. The other bartender asked if I need help but he couldn't be bothered to actually help get me the check/card. Service at the table seemed annoyed by our ordering of food, had to wave her down multiple times to get more drinks. We were a party of 3 and additional mandatory service charge was added to the bill.

Food is out of this world. Can't speak for the hookah, but I love this place because when you walk in it smells refreshing and fruity. So many straight bars smell gross. This place smells amazing. Also the bartender Liz is beautiful and talented and amazing. I love this place and so happy to have found it. Conveniently right off the RW 28TH Street stop!

If you order a well tequila and soda, they will serve you patron and charge for it $$$

Excellent music very fresh mediterranean food and the hookahs are a plus great atmosphere and lots of fun!!!

Favorite hookah bar in the city. Excellent service, love the atmosphere, menu is awesome, and the hookah is top notch.

The service here is pretty slow, but the drinks and food were good, and the space has a nice atmosphere and good music. They also have a decent selection of hookah flavors.

Good food (lamb burgers, hummus) but sadly, would say bad service. It took an hour to refill the coals in hookah, which was frustrating!

This is very very busy spot! And there is a reason why - good food, drinks, hookah and dj make this place booming practically every night. Reservation strongly suggested, also keep in mind that this place works only till 2 AM

I dined here with a couple of coworkers a couple of weeks ago and got the mixed grill.
The thing to watch out for here is the slow service. It took about 30-40 minutes for the food to come out but when it does, it's amazing.

I usually get the mixed grill with the Pergola wings and it's 10/10 good.

This place is preferred a lot because of the wide variety of vegan and meatatarian options.

Expensive drinks, expensive food. But the worst part is that when the place turns into a lounge, they have hookahs on the bar so it's IMPOSSIBLE to get to the bar.

Visited to use Hooters App for free drink. Bartender was not friendly and didn't suggest anything else on the menu.

Smoked the second worst hookah in my entire life (to give you an idea, my first worst hookah had mold in it, so it's not me being picky). No fruit taste or buzz, similar to smoking an old piece of wood. I did express my feelings and got a replacement that had the same taste and buzz (=none). Not coming back.

Best hookah place in the city by a long way. Wasn't expecting the food to be nearly as good as it was. Really cool atmosphere that's both modern and low key. Will definitely be back..

Went here for a perfectly serviceable work lunch. Nice open ceiling for an airy feel. It's a little dark at midday however. Good selection of sandwiches and light Mediterranean fare. Salon was good but slightly oversalted

Waited 2 hours for a tabled on the "waiting list" the GM gentle man with the beard was extremely rude and condescending. Not worth it.

My new favorite spot for Hooka and amazing food! Every dish on the appetizer menu is great!

Love this place. Food is great. Hookah is nice. Slightly expensive but the experience makes up for it.

The food was delicious as always. Happy hour was great. Quick service by the waitress and waiters. Always a pleasure to go back to pergola and get good service. 1 thing is the hookah charcoal doesn't get changed quick enough but I'm not going to knock off a star for something so small like that. Hope they fix it next time.

Walked in and the girl at the front completely ignored us. Waited about 15mins and no one tried to help or seat us. So I left, bad service!!!

Make sure and reserve or no entry . The wings are good . It s low key in the week . Weekends forget it you gotta book like 3 weeks out . And for what . Not that serious

Hookahs all over the bar defeat the purpose of the bar, noone can get drinks. There's virtually no standing room. You either need a table or don't go
