i went to pick up my mealpal today and waited 30 minutes. it was really annoying because i counted at least 6 workers and none of them stopped over to all of the mealpal people (there were about 6 of us too) to tell us anything about the status of our lunch. they just stared at the growing group of people at the side of the bar and did nothing. only when i finally caught the attention of one of them was when i asked and they said that they were making them now. is it so hard to let us know that our meals are being prepared instead of leaving all of us standing there clueless? and i should not have to wait 30 minutes for my food. the whole point of mealpal is to pick it up and go without any hassle. you know how many people are going to be there for food and when, the least you can do is make sure it's all ready in time. really poor customer service, only care about those that are sit-ins. their food is alright.
