Definitely a lot better than what you might expect from a dealership experience. Staff is very patient and listens, there was no pressure to buy anything extra. At all. I brought my car in for a recall and informed staff that I'm about to embark on a pretty taxing circuit around the country visiting numerous parks and they did a full inspection for me and went through everything. They gave my 9 year old Honda a clean bill of health (which I take care of my cars well), but to not be upsold or talked to like I don't know my vehicle was refreshing.
On a different note, while I was waiting, there was a particularly difficult customer who was one of the most negative, hateful, ignorant humans I have ever been in the presence of... and the young lady that was tending to her issues did so with phenomenal grace and composure.
Overall I'm extremely impressed. The facilities are clean, the staff knows what they're doing and are both kind and professional. The only complaint I have isn't the dealerships fault, and that's how weird it is to get into the property. There's a traffic light at the entrance, but you can't turn left there. You have to go another half mile or so up to the next light and make a u-turn and then make a right hand turn into the dealership. Not a big deal, nor their fault, but inconvenient and weird.

I had the opportunity to test drive multiple trucks without feeling pressured or rushed. Ended up with an awesome Black 2020 Colorado. I highly recommend Natalie and this dealership!

First time back in a number of years with a new/old Honda- !! (ha) Just purchased a rare 2000 Honda S2000 roadster! Super Clean and I need a full check over and all fluids flushed and Spark Plugs etc. I couldn't have been happier and really appreciate the top notch work and working with my Service guy Mike Buckner! Staff is very helpful and courteous. Brought my car in for a routine service. Dropped off the vehicle the night before. I was met by my vehicle as soon as I drove in. After providing the basic information I was on my way home in about 3 mins. I received a text in the morning saying it was being looked at. An hour later I received a text it was done. Great job.

Bruce and Joey were amazing! They got us into our new car and dedicated half their day and night to do so! Definitely ask for them when you go in thank you guys!

Stacey was exceptional from the time I pulled up to drop off my keys to the time I picked up my car. She was straightforward and not to salesy, which I really liked. She was responsive in keeping me updated on the status of my car. She went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great experience and most certainly will be back. Came in for service with my 2017 Honda Civic Sport Touring, I previously purchased from here. I took a test drive of the 2021 Honda Pilot and was interested in inquiring about purchase. I worked with the salesman Javier and he was very personable and patient with me. He worked along with the sales manager and finance manager to make the deal and purchase go smoothly. This is my third purchase from this dealership. Would highly recommend.
