Definitely a lot better than what you might expect...

Definitely a lot better than what you might expect from a dealership experience. Staff is very patient and listens, there was no pressure to buy anything extra. At all. I brought my car in for a recall and informed staff that I'm about to embark on a pretty taxing circuit around the country visiting numerous parks and they did a full inspection for me and went through everything. They gave my 9 year old Honda a clean bill of health (which I take care of my cars well), but to not be upsold or talked to like I don't know my vehicle was refreshing.
On a different note, while I was waiting, there was a particularly difficult customer who was one of the most negative, hateful, ignorant humans I have ever been in the presence of... and the young lady that was tending to her issues did so with phenomenal grace and composure.
Overall I'm extremely impressed. The facilities are clean, the staff knows what they're doing and are both kind and professional. The only complaint I have isn't the dealerships fault, and that's how weird it is to get into the property. There's a traffic light at the entrance, but you can't turn left there. You have to go another half mile or so up to the next light and make a u-turn and then make a right hand turn into the dealership. Not a big deal, nor their fault, but inconvenient and weird.
