My husband and I had such a great experience with purchasing his first motorcycle! The customer service was exceptional! Dennis helped us from start to finish, making sure we were taken care of each step of the way. Tre helped us get all the essentials regarding the equipment needed to be safe on the road and provided a wealth of knowledge that definitely put my mind at ease. Amanda made the financing process very easy for us and went over all our options in detail. You can't go wrong going to Barney's, they will treat you like family and make sure you have everything you need!

So I went to Barney's to buy a jet ski I was welcomed by a Sales associate by the name of Dennis Smith. As I was not sure on what watercraft I want to purchase Dennis was able to lead me in the right direction he was very knowledgeable and friendly. I did not feel pressured to buy something I did not want he allowed me my time to make a decision on what was best for me. The process after that was flawless he made purchasing my new toy very easy and fun. I highly recommend Barney's. Of your in the market for a Recreational vehicle you shoukd talk to Dennis Smith. I will be returning customer for any my recreational needs.

I ve never had a better experience at a motorcycle dealership ever. Back in June of 2020 I was looking for a Yamaha MT-10 spoke with Dennis in sales over the phone and he invited me down to see a pre owned one. Long story short Dennis and his team gave a great deal and I bought the bike.
A month later bike had a major engine failure. Made an appointment with Kenny in service and dropped the bike off,it was covered under warranty great news. Parts were hard to get because of COVID but Kenny and Paul in service kept me up to date. I have the bike back now and it is great.

Forgot our masks being on bikes but they had masks for us. Thanks guys for looking out. Checked out the Can Am Spiders a lot more to them than I had originally expected and the staff was great teaching all the many features of the bike. Lots to think about and to consider. Thank you for an educational visit.

Really nice people but I can't see how this business model survives. On a $2,500 bike the added fees brought the total to north of $3,500 thats about a 40% increase over the advertised price. It was going to be my Son's first bike that he saved up for and he couldn't swallow a $1,000 in fees. I offered him the extra money but my kids know how to budget and he said no. Now I clearly see why there are so many off brand Amazon bikes out there, you could buy 4 for the price of one. The dealer model is a dinosaur sorry to say. In the end he'll buy an Amazon special and he already has plans to put the rest of his money into his favorite stocks. Much smarter than I was at 13.

From sales right on down through the service department and the repair technicians. I have never had a Bad experience with this place. And they have always done what they say they will.

The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Johnny Hernandez actually went "above and beyond" in helping me with my apparel. I couldn't ask for better service. Thank you!!

Went to to barneys to trade in a bike and pick up something a little more my style. From the beginning staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. I was given a very fair price on my trade. My man Eggroll hooked me up with the new bike and made the deal a pleasure.

The staff was excellent everyone there was super nice I wish more places were like that
