I have brought my dog Mollie to Caroline for a long time now, and she never disappoints. I am comfortable that she is gentle with Mollie and that she takes excellent care of her grooming needs. I would not take Mollie to anyone else. Thanks!
Called for a quote on grooming and a male answered the phone, said his name was Jim? I saw quite a few reviews referring to Caroline, so not sure who I was talking to. I mentioned something about my pug having bad breath, but that both of my dogs needed to be cleaned, brushed, and have their anal glands cleaned as well. He went on a diatribe about anesthetic free teeth cleaning and how I needed to read up on a website and consult with my vet and then make a decision and let him know if I wanted to include that. I circled back to just doing the grooming, which he quoted me a reasonable price, and then said he would not book an appointment unless I also booked the teeth cleaning, because demand was so high for it right now. I then told him he should have been upfront about that from the get-go, and clarified that he wasn't willing to book just the grooming sessions, to which he said yes that they are phasing out the grooming aspect of their business. I'm definitely not one to be offended by profanity, but he was also swearing throughout the conversation and saying how much of a chill Hawaiian guy he is, even though that made the conversation even stranger. Now I have to call the next person on the list because I still need to get my dogs groomed, and don't want to pay for teeth cleaning, or be put in a position where I have to do something that's going to cost $660 more than I was planning on spending. If you're not taking grooming appointments without teeth cleaning, make that crystal clear on your pages as well as when people call in asking questions. You just refused business.
Caroline has done my maltipoo's hair a few times and while she is a bit more than other groomers, I always like the cut much better! She is great with dogs and my pup loves her. Convenient and in my neighborhood is a plus. Would recommend!
Reached out to perfect pooch grooming over the weekend, and the owner Caroline returned my call the next day to schedule a grooming session within the following few days. I was hesitant but followed my instinct with trust. She did a wonderful job which made me and my little Valentino super happy. He even feels handsome!! I recommend Perfect Pooch for quality of service, professionalism, and attitude!
The groomer was professional but the service was disappointing.. I paid $120 for a groom, cut and teeth brush. I also showed a picture the cut I wanted for my puppy. When I picked her up she shaved her bald .. I asked for a schnauzer skirt cut and did not receive it. It s going to take months for her skirt to grow back. I m so disappointed..

Caroline has reached out to me after the review and apologized and offered a 50% refund. I accepted her apology and the refund. Due to this I will update from a 1 star to a 3 star for taking responsibility. Thank you.
We have used perfect pooch for over two years. We searched for a good groomer after our longtime groomer become ill. I found perfect pouch and liked the mobile services which drew my initial attention plus the detailed website about the grooming experience they had. Caroline is a great groomer and really cares for our dog Georgia. Georgia is always excited to see Caroline; and she really truly loves her job and does an awesome job for us. I highly recommend Caroline and Perfect Pooch.
I reached out to Perfect Pooch Pet Grooming for their mobile services and was excited that during these times, someone could come out to us and groom my baby! Unfortunately, that joy was short lived as I first told the young lady that my dog has preexisting dental issues so don t worry about brushing his teeth... she didn t listen and did it anyway! Secondly, I was quoted a price range of $88-$90 initially over the phone but when she was done the total was $173.20!!! Wow!!! This price included the teeth brushing which I told her not to do so she gave me a discount which brought the total to $156.96.... still exceeding the original amount quoted! She then stated that the additional was a travel fee which was not explained to me when we spoke via phone before confirming the appointment! Lastly, I decided to contact other local mobile groomers to compare pricing and they have all given me the same initial price range of about $80-$95 INCLUDING TRAVEL FEES... so I feel as if I have been swindled out of extra money! This is not right or fair to do to customers! Not to mention my fur baby is a YORKY POODLE LESS THAN 8 POUNDS!!!!

I took my dog Ajax here for the first time today to get his nails trimmed. Over the past few months, my dog started having difficulty at the vet where we usually get his nails clipped. He is adopted and undersocialized. As a dog trainer myself, I knew we needed to take a different approach in order to see any improvement with his currently negative association to nail trims. I d begun paw massaging at home with treats and decided to give perfect pooch a try after reading their website. They did not disappoint. When we first arrived I noticed Jim s first interaction with my dog. He sat down on the ground, avoided eye contact, and handed Ajax some treats. Exactly how one should interact with a fearful dog. Ajax came right over and sat next to him. When I picked him up I was beyond impressed that Jim was able to go near him with a dremel. He spent an hour working with him. I don t know any vet or groomer who will spend this long training while grooming. Yes, nail health is important but to work on behavior adjustment at the same time with the help of anxiety meds is so valuable.
