Awful customer service here today. I went in looking to have my wedding invitations printed. The very rude and abrupt woman said she could take my design and print one for me to look at but it wouldn t be today as she didn t have time. I said that was ok and she gave us a folder to decide what paper we wanted. After a couple of minutes we went back up to the counter where another customer had asked for the same and the very nice young gentleman serving her said it wouldn t be a problem! He came over to us and said he would print one for us but there was about a fifteen minute wait, no problem I replied but all of a sudden the very rude women came back and very abruptly said I have said no we are not printing as we have no paper!!!!!!! To which I replayed that the customer who came in after us and is asking for the same thing was having hers printed so what was the issue. She raised her voice and said I told you I can print you one during the week, you leave the design here. At this point we left the shop very upset and disappointed in the lack of customer service. How does a printing shop run out of paper? Why did the gentleman say it was ok to do it? Why have no respect for potential paying customers? We will definitely not be returning!
