I have use People's fiber optics internet service since it became available. I have had zero problems with their service and would recommend them to anyone.

I recommend People s to any one that is looking for new or better internet/phone service. Their customer service is excellent across the board, from calling to set up or ask questions, to billing, IT help, to the installers that come out to your home. We have used People s for years and have not an issue they could not fix promptly. The internet is extremely fast, even out in the country.

They are always friendly and helpful on the phone. They are very quick to respond when there is an issue. Technician came out same day and fixed me up. Very knowledgeable and professional. I am very happy with Peoples.

The online chat is so easy and very quick to be helped. The ladies that I've talked to a few times at the call center are so very nice and don't treat you like they're robots! We have enjoyed Peoples services way more than AT&T!

Peoples Communications provides our phones and internet for our business in Greenville, TX. It does not get any better than this!! Excellence in every aspect! Thanks People for putting your Customers first.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This internet provider is the worst. I pay a premium for their services and my internet is down more than I am able to use it. Due to them being the only provider available (apart from satellite) in my subdivision I am handcuffed to use a business run by crooks. For what I am paying I should be well above my speed posted below (this is the only device connected) especially when I am using their equipment. In 2018 with the speeds available this company either needs to get with the times or shut down.

I'm not going to tell you this is the best Internet Service Provider out there, but in my experience, they're pretty darn good. Whenever I have needed anything, they've been helpful and friendly. The prices are pretty decent, too.

Way better quality of similar types of internet. Most wifi internet like this goes out or slows way down when raining but this one actually still lets me game and watch netflix at the same time. Which if you know anything about this type of internet you know doesn t normally let you. Perfect option for anyone in the county not able to get cable internet

These people are a total joke. You pay a premium price for a subpar product. They route traffic in the least effective manors. They need some real engineers who understand routing protocols. I'm not sure why anyone would use them, unless you had no choice. If you read this, you need to search for any other ISP possible. This company is the worst.

We just moved over to People but so far we have been really impressed with the service and the people. The church that we attend has been using them for over a year now and has good success so this helped us to make our decision to switch after our contract expired with the company that we had been with for the last 3 years. We are using their Fiber and phone system at our ministry offices.

The technicians that came to my house also answered all tech questions and offered additional information for my setup! The guys are young but know their stuff , impressive! Keep it up guys!
To sum it up I will be telling anyone who needs service to contact People s.
