When I was with my boyfriend the power went out 4 times, the bedside tables were full of dust, the mattress sank and we discovered that we got infected with Scabbia after staying in this "hotel", one goes to relax and instead goes to end up getting sick and having to waste a lot of money and time taking care of it and we can't even get out of it again because it always gets the itch and we don't sleep at night, I hope you close!
The managers are slimy liars who rip people off. I followed their cancellation policy by cancelling weeks before the required 3 day deadline. They still charged my credit card and claimed that I never contacted them to cancel, even though I provided proof of 3 attempts to contact by email and by contact form on their website. They conveniently pretended like they didn't see the emails and then used that to justify taking over 100 euros from me. DO NOT to business with these people.
Clean environment and very friendly staff, strategic position to visit Florence.
The standard is medium, rather for less demanding people (much closer to a hostel / youth hostel than a 5-star hotel). Rooms clean, neat, although you can see that eg. Showers or taps are already years old. Bathrooms in the hall in terms of hygiene without complaint, although they do not look sensational. Friendly service, fluently communicates in English. For such a low price and in such a location (5 minutes from the train station and the very center) it is difficult to find something better.
Friendly staff. On the first day of the stay, the map taught me delicious restaurants and areas for sightseeing spots.
A hotel with the minimum necessary facilities for lodging, but a cheap hotel. (Shared toilet bath, no TV in room, etc.)
It should be noted that the toilet bath is shared by guests and uses one in 4,5 rooms (shared between men and women). Therefore, it may be crowded in the morning or evening. There is no partition between the shower and the toilet.
For example, if a person in front of you showers, you need to go over the wet floor and rest on the ground or barefoot. (Solved when there is flip flops)
That's why I want to give a 4 rating for COSPA, but because it's for low-priced backpackers, 3.
Before staying, it would be good to check the water around the room without any mismatch.
Also, when I stayed, Kureka could not be used.
It was an affordable hostel with a great location near attractions.I just walked to attractions in 5 minutes!
The reception is so helpful.
You should know that the hostel hasn't kitchen but i got hot water from the reception.
Also the safety boxes are outside the room and you can put your small purse in it not a backpack, but the reception help me to leave my backpack in a safe place.

I don't know where you saw it clean! I think some of you will have been paid to write certain nonsense, how can a hotel offer a sunken mattress? Dust on bedside tables with blasphemous stickers over the bed and the current blowing 4 times? Tell me how you write certain reviews. But the final bomb do you want to know what it is? My partner and I took (the Scabbia mite) after a few weeks away from them. The downward price has led me to so much money spent on treatment and so many sleepless nights, I HOPE YOU CLOSE THAT YOU ARE FROM COMPLAINT.
Shower was broken, window was broken, the single beds were the worst mattress i ve ever sat on.
Nice experience, for the price I ask no more. The very warm welcome speaks French, English, Italian.
Condition of acceptable rooms all in all (a bit 'old), convenient area and suitable price. Maybe a little 'too noisy at night, you can hear everything.
