The venue is huge and the staff was very efficient.

Always frequent recreation and shows this place is a gem.

Great location next to the Reading Terminal Market and Chinatown as well as many restaurants and hotels. The layout is not complicated and is compact so you're not walking for miles to get from room to room. Also a great location for trade shows. Easy access from the SEPTA rail line as well.

A bit confusing to get around. A nice space, that is clean, and we'll staffed.

Great venue for the convention I was there for, safe and secure

The flower show was the best with beautiful flowers from everywhere. And wonderful senaries.

A humongous place right at the center of Philadelphia downtown. It can hold mega size conventions. Very well connected to the hotels near by, specifically Downtown Marriott. Tons of eating joints nearby; a good cluster of them can be found in Reading terminal market which is right next to the convention center.

Came to Philadelphia for my first time to the ISTE conference. I wish some of the eye level signage was better in the convention center. I appreciated the seating available in several places to be able to take a break when needed as it is a huge facility. The temperature was fine for me in there, but the wifi was lacking (especially as I was presenting a session at the conference).

I am here for Wizard World. I always have a good time.

Very nice place. I visited for the auto show and flower show. It's right next to reading terminal market and connected to Jefferson station. Has very hard floors, where comfortable shoes.

Massive and industrial. Centrally located. Perfect for the job. Probably needs refurbishing

Philadelphia Flower Show 2020 was fabulous. Large open spaces with huge trees. The aroma of rosemary and herbs lingered in the air

Love going there for events car parking not so much

This was when the Car Show Came to Philly back in February 2018

Wow! What a huge place !! I visited because was attending the ISTE conference, and the CC is huge, but really elegant and nice. I enjoyed my daily marathonical walkthroughs to get the rooms for the conferences I needed to attend. Everything was so well distributed and organized that after day one, I already knew where to go and when. Congratulations to Philly for the beautiful CC you have in your city.

PAX unplugged was fun. Facilities were nice, but as usual all things expensive. Vending machines were selling water for $3.50...not ok.

Was the first time there and I had a nice time working there . I saw a lot of things and the time people put into their costumes. Thought it was a awesome show the people put on ....the only thing I would say it should have been posted NO WEAPONS NO EXCEPTIONS. Due to what happen in another state

Annual Car show is great. Would like to attend other shows in the future.

Good for events. Be weary of the bathroom at events. Reading terminal market is right across the street for some good food.

Ok so I realize the concept of convention centers is that they are supposed to be big enough to hold massive events. BUT I SWEAR THIS BUILDING HAS EXCESS SQUARE FOOTAGE... Everytime I go in this place it is borderline impossible to find a door that you can use to exit that is NOT an emergency exit.

Assuming it is so cold in an attempt to keep the air space temperature a solid level for all the body heat from everyone inside. That said, it's freezing.

Visited Philadelphia Flower Show. Nice venue. Clean and adequately appointed. Very convenient to nearby hotels, restaurants and Reading Terminal Market.

Excellent place for seminar etc to accommodate 5,000 plus participants

Attended PAX Unplugged and the convention center itself is a nice well kept building, however, the Aramark staff running the food areas was a joke. No napkins anywhere, rude, everyone on their phones or listening to music and not acknowledging attendees when serving them, etc... One of the worst parts was that they ran out of containers for chicken fingers and fries and instead of using the buckets for the crabby fries or grabbing some boats from another stand they made us wait for a solid 15 minutes at least until they finally found a new box of boats somewhere. Choose a new company to represent you inside of your convention center.

Worst labor rules in all of trade show. Unable to consistantly fill labor orders with continuity. They (SMG and Board) chose to work against exhibitors right to hire EACs every chance they get just. Time to clean house.

Humongous place! Parking garage right across the street (expensive, but that's Philly), easy to find, clean, and the staff is very helpful.

I was just there for the auto show.i have been there for multiple events over the years. The staff has always been very friendly and competent. The bathrooms are usually clean and fresh. I believe the next event is the flower shoe which I plan to attend. I expect the show and the people to be just as polite as usual.

Go to the car show every year.... Every year the convention center staff does something stupid to make me ask why I go. This year we get hand stamped for reentry. Get a bite to eat. Return to re-enter and are rudely told we can't as they stopped selling tickets. What? Ask how to get to the train and the staff says "walk around the building outside". Typical staff with no customer service skills.

I love this place and the employees. The customer service is great and the place is beautiful with the art and the number of people you'll meet. Ms. Dominique and Jennifer was very professional and informative on the history of the convention center. I will recommend this place to anyone you will not be disappointed.

Bathrooms we're clean during car show. Not enough benches to rest your tired feet.

I was only here to walk through the tunnels on my way to other philly destinations bit they were heavily occupied by the homeless and the smell of piss. I do not blame the people sleeping there, but I do blame philly for not offering them a better housing solution than defecating next to convention entrances.

I go every year for the International Auto show, Boat show and Home show. Always nice place for any venue but the parking sucks

Best time to enjoy the car show with very little crowds is during the middle of the week. I was able to enjoy the jeep track with only a 5 min wait.

They let people sit in all the cars, took I selfie in a Mazerati.

Electric chair transportation is available for rent. Convention Center managers Peter and Steven were exceptionally helpful to me with dealing with my issues of parking and disability. They really over-extended themselves to see that I was taking care of I can only give them the maximum amount of stars but they deserve more because they will go out of their way to help those who need it. I found everyone to be exceptionally helpful and kind to my wife and I

Another Flower Show visit which was great...great volunteer staff and convention staff. Crowded but expected given the draw of such an exceptional horticultural experience.

Great place. Visited Philadelphia Marathon Expo held at this place in the heart of Philli downtown.

I was an exhibitor during PAX Unplugged in 2018 (December). I really felt that everything is well organized. The staff was helpful, people were awesome, and the atmosphere excellent.

Parking was decent enough, tight parking garages, but it s because you re in a city. Went for the Auto Show and enjoyed it. Nice open space for events, and close to a few cool places including the LOVE sign.

Philly auto was a real treat for any car lover. With all the major manufacturers there you can get a real good idea of what your next new car or truck could be. As well take a look back at where the automotive industry was with all the great displays of vintage automobiles on display from the Vintage Auto Museum of NJ, Classic Auto Mall and the local car clubs. Plan on sending the whole day there.

Really nice inside but no gluten free food make sure you pack a lunch

Big building, great transportation connections via mail and bus.

Great facility for variety of events in the heart of the city.

Huge place and pretty easy to get to. There's a dozen of parking garages around the area and the train puts you right next to it. Very easy to get to. The Reading Terminal next to it has AMAZING food as well, which is something to keep in mind if you plan to eat something while at a convention here. There's always helpful people there.

From the car show to the flower show always a great time there

Great place to showcase cars for the Philadelphia auto show.

Went 3 straight days for a gaming convention and the venue was great. Staff kept up with the traffic pretty well and the area is full of other places to go (especially if you get hungry).

I like the event .they need more food vendors and different food.give food vendors and more time to get a deal to vend
