scum totally scum these dirtbags play one employee against another while laughing in the office the whole time scum is what you find when you look up pennmark management company in the dictionary , these scumbags put you on a two-week pay. I have dealt with Pennmark for many years. The management team are stand up people. You can take their word to the bank.
Don't Hire these guys real estate owners. We saw a space that we really liked to lease and Justin would never ever call us back. He would text and say he would call us back and never do it. No one picks up on the office. Fortunately for us we found a space a different building, but that was only because this company was not managing that property.
I have done business with Pennmark since 2015 and can attest - they are a friendly, competent and hard-working group. Don, Bob, Chris and their team have been in business for decades and know it extremely well.
Top notch professionals and a place to spread your wings and grow. I have been here 23+ years and have been given opportunities I would not have anywhere else. Th complaints below are from absolute losers. The one posted earlier today, he kept disappearing for hours at a time and kept not showing up for work. Each excuse stranger than the previous one. Hey buddy, you have to show up to work once in a while.
