Some wonderful employee's but some not so much.....

Very helpful unless you're not real savvy on sending emails like me. LOL

This is a great place to give donations. They help so many people that are having a hard time.

To all the staff that work here at the Walker County Community Center. Was very helpful considerate thoughtful and friendly. Thank you guys for being there for the ones who are in need of help.

They are very nice and will help out in any way they can.

Where do I begin....... They have actually gone above and beyond in all areas of a business/client relationship, that they need way more than 5 stars, smiley faces or attaboys. The Customer service is impeccable. Robin is who I spoke with and the actual care and concern for your family, the needs of your family and see that you receive the assistance promptly is well above average as well. Very thorough group of people , work together as a team, never have been uncomfortable at any moment I was at community action or made me fell unwelcome. I could go on & on. I HIGHLY recommend (because it has unfortunately happened to most of us at one time or another) if you are struggling to make ends meet, reach out to.community action , ask for assistance on your energy bill. "LIHEAP" I believe is what the program is called. They will know what you need as long as you explain your situation and they will guide you through.
