Penn Stater Hotel and Conference Center Review

Hotel was very nice. Restaurant was very good. Had buffet dinner service. Great variety of food. Very good service. Nice atmosphere, although it was a little noisy with lots of people around. Had a reservation , so walked in and were seated on time. Parking was adequate and close. Lobby was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.

A very nice hotel and convention center with good food. Plenty of parking. Easy To get to from the interstate. Read out in the middle of nowhere. Don't miss the cheese tray.

Excellent professional staff and facilities. The food was not nearly what I expected given the cost of the event. I thought it would be much higher quality as this facility hosts a multitude of events and dinners throughout the year.

Clean, spacious rooms. Good dining. The food served during conferences was great.

Ate at the conference center restaurant. Quite good if you go on Friday or Saturday and get the buffet. About 10 main courses to choose from, all deferent for fine dining.

Conference food was great. Appreciated the variety of beverages between sessions. Liked that all sessions were on the same floor.

Room was will made with a great view of the area and helpful staff. Beds are firm with a good selection of pillows.

Great spot. Very accommodating. Loads of snacks during conferences to keep you going.

Beautiful, spacious rooms. I enjoyed the pub, food provided and the rooms with our conference sessions were upgraded and clean. The staff is all friendly. I also like the Keurig in the room, nice touch.

I recently stayed at the Penn Stater Hotel. I stayed for one night. I attended a conference. I have nothing negative to say about the facility. It was actually quite impressive. The facilities were clean, as was my room.

Nice hotel rooms and facilities. Only one thing the rooms are noisy sometimes. My sleep was disturbed many times by the sound of neighbours talking and even when they used bathroom flush.

Everything was very clean. Staff was super helpful. Closet was in the small side.

Attended the National Autism Conference. The food provided was amazing and the staff 2as very friendly. The rooms were set up nicely and they were very clean and classy.

Absolutely gorgeous. What can one say. The staff is amazing. The restaurants are great. Legends is such a welcoming environment. A great sports bar. The Gardens is beautiful elegant warm and inviting. The wear the Penn State name perfectly. Their staff is knowledgeable. Everything is so clean. I love the little paths. You can sit out there and just soak up the tranquil environment.

Nice rooms, good location that makes it very easy to get to Penn State events. Indoor pool is a nice feature in the winter.

Everything, absolutely everything is excellent in this hotel. Every time I attend, whether for a conference, a luncheon, or a party, these people show the best they have to offer.

We had a charity ball yesterday and the food was formidable. The decorations were stunning. In all, a great time.

I was here for a conference a few weeks ago. This is up there with some of the nicest hotels I have stayed in, but less expensive per night.

There was a parking lot for parking, with plenty of space. The lobby, hallways, and staff were very nice and polite.

The room I had was also very nice, with a great view. A mini-fridge was in the room as well as a coffee machine. The room was very quiet. You heard no noise from surrounding rooms or floors above and below. The bed was comfy and the bathroom served it's purpose.

The room was spacious and laid out nicely. The internet was super fast! The TV worked well and offered a variety of channels. Initially had to call the front desk as the TV wouldn't change channels. Front desk had maintenance to the room within minutes and got it fixed.

Staff was all around very nice! Conference spaces were large and accomodating. Well lit, restrooms nearby.

There are 2 restaurants on-site. While I didn't visit them, I heard great things about the pub on-site and it's food and service.

Overall great stay, great location, and great place to stay whether for a conference or just visiting!

I attended this hotel for a professional cobference for 4 days. You could sometimes hear other talks through the walls, especially in the large hall that had dividers to separate 3 spaces. Otherwise very comfortable, excellent food, well organized and easy to find rooms.

Great place for a conference, or just to visit State College. But I was there for a conference, and their attention to detail was astounding. Room Set ups were always ready, there were always drinks and snacks in the hallways during the breaks, the staff was always there, but pretty much unnoticeable unless you needed them. Truly a great professional place for a small or large group. Definitely can't wait to go back!

A little far from campus but excellent food for a conference setting.

Always a clean room and love the conference beverages and snacks (bigger cups and lids would be great!)

Rooms are spacious and clean. My only complaint is the TV is hard to see because of the doors of the cabinet it is in.

An amazing Women's Conference...my first and the site and staff were top notch. Cannot wait till next year!
