It wasn't crowded... Just a little much smoke in the non smoking area

Some of the machines do not work. The machine directory was malfunctioning. The smoking area needs to be enclosed, the stench of smoke is horrible. On the plus side the staff were helpful and friendly. The food in the Eatery was pretty good.

Open 24 hours this was a nice Casino lots of slots table games they also have horse races. They have food places to eat drinks coffee alcohol. First time my wife and I've been here had a great experience would definitely come back. Four thumbs up five stars keep up the good work

No smoking would make it 5 ffff the fhe 9gfstars. The "non-smoking" designated areas are a joke.

Does not pay off on any slot machines worst casino I have ever been at. Waist of money

Spent a few hours at the horse track on Saturday with a couple families and kids. We all had a great time, except for the pesky wasp that kept flying around our table haha. The outside seating area was very clean and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. I haven't been there since I was a child, but I am definitely going back again. The kids loved watching the horses walk before prepping for the race.

Place is very clean and a decent atmosphere. The people seem like a bunch of uppitys. But what do you expect

I like playing the slots but went on the bus and had to wait in line forever to eat I have MS and it was way to long to wait. Next time will get a sandwich forget the buffet line.

My step mother won big and was very satisfied with the cleanliness during this pandemic.

I want to thank Hollywood casino for another wonderful New Years Eve seafood buffet. Everything was wonderful. And our waitress Rachael was outstanding. Hollywood you out did your self as usual. THANKS AGAIN. Please don't stop your New Years Eve buffet we would like to make this a tradition every New Years

Great staff! Lots of parking for commercial trucks but be ready to take a little walk to get to the casino. Lots of food options but no coffee at the beverage stations. You have to ask the waitstaff for coffee. Great atmosphere and everything was very well kept. Great place to stretch your legs and take a break from the road!

I love comming here. Plenty of bathrooms. Free soda. Hundred of slots and tables to choose. We usually have decent luck here too. Also plenty of restaurants and a buffets. A nice bar. I have one some of the prizes there.....so it can happen!!!! Staff are very pleasant

Bring money you're willing to lose, because the casino always wins. Huge, very nice casino with generic local bands doing covers of real bands on Friday and Saturday nights. Buffet, bars, free soda.

Had fun but smell of smoking really bad today even into no smoking area....

Plenty of open seats at slots when I went on a snowy evening, but full of smoke, even the non-smoking area. I left with a sore throat. Epic Buffet was expensive with low quality food, much of it lukewarm at best. Two stars are for the upscale-looking decor and newer interactive slots. Overall, I would not return.

Clean, nice casino. They offered a covered parking garage which is nice when it rains!

I never hear an announcement of anyone hitting the slots here...when I walk around never I see anyone winning. Night manager is rude just talk to him you can tell by his face. He needs to be fired if it was up to me. So get ready to lose all your money.

Dealers weren't friendly and many older slot machines. Not the best Hollywood Casino.

Didn't get off to a great start when I couldn't get connected for a call ahead wait list, but I only had to wait about 15 minutes anyways. A bit of an odd setup with no cage, you buy chips at the desk, but cannot cash out there.

I played 1-2, the dealers were pretty efficient, but I found out they pool tips with not only the other poker dealers but with all table game dealers. This can definitely create less than motivated dealers, but it didn't really show here if it did. The tables were nice, chairs weren't great. A bit longer for my taste, but friendly players.

Slots machines is like an arcade. Put money in and play the machines to have fun.

Needs to let you win a little so you can play a while most people will put it back

I love this casino. I have been to many. I love to come early moring and gamble a little then hit the buffet. There food there is so wonderful. Also have been there for when bands come and enjoy myself everytime.

I take my pennies and hurry to Hollywood casino. It's so much fun, free soda, waitress are always there to get you a drink.

But, they have a smoking section, which makes it bad bc you can smell it no matter where you go

1st time there. Really busy place. The restaurant we ate at had really good food! Actually won some money for a change.

Excellent place to go for a Friday or Saturday night for a date plenty of good places to eat and there are plenty of different varieties of gaming tables with different amounts for minimum bets is relatively clean and the people are friendly if you get the right one but just don't make a mistake on the card tables they will smack your knuckles laughing out loud

This is one of the best casinos on the East Coast. Only the Borgata is better, although lately I have been preferring this one. I wish the smoking areas were bigger. I rarely smoke unless I am inside a casino and I look forward to the experience. A casino without smoking is like spaghetti without the sauce, cereal without the milk, shaving without the shaving cream, sex without a partner!

Too smokey for a non smoker. Have no smoking sections, however they haven't been able to train the smoke not to cross the invisible line. Buffet not very good. Nothing more than a backwoods casino. I guess OK if it is all you have available to you and haven't visited the real casinos .

I won 130 I wasnt expecting that because of the reviews. I had my lucky charm with me!! It was kool.

Poker Room: could be more of a variety of Tournaments, to welcome new players into the room its the same old $80 $120 $300 with $80 being the Daily tournement..now with a $20 5k add on , none going to the dealers , the early chip is a+++ gets players in and playing on time , but geesh mix it up a bit with dailys maybe a bounty tournement or a beginners tourny with like a 35-50 buy in so new players wouldnt mind trying out the game , the room is reg vs reg all day and night , most dealers there currently are Great !!! nothing wrong with a line out the door when it comes to poker , the rake welcomes it ..
