The hotel is very clean and the hygienic staff are very careful, I hope you will continue like this.

Its very bad experience unfortunately. I had a confirmed booking but once arrived from the airport I was shocked to find my booking cancelled and my room sold to some one else. I had to pay extra to get a nother room.
The staff explained rudely that they couldn't get payment on my credit card 4 hours before my arrival while i used the same card to pay for the new room.
Room was supposed to be non smoking but it was smelling very bad and surely were used as smoking room.
Lots of mosquitos inside room and lobby. I couldn't sleep all night.
Although the hotel is newly furnished and the location is good with all the other disadvantages the conclusion was literally "NIGHTMARE".

The hotel is very cozy. Located in a residential area near the airport in the Asian part of Istanbul. Nearby there are a lot of shops where you can cheaply buy and good cafes. The embankment is also close by. On Saturdays, they set up a famous Istanbul crossing market where you can find everything you want.

A badly serviced hotel has been denied access because of their refusal to admit my two-month-old child on the grounds that there is no Tiji Nemra, despite the fact that I have presented them with hospital papers proving his birth

Some quest 'Mari ne' give bad experience. Me my daughter and wife stay for 10 days. Staff is very helpful, especially guy name Yakub. Very helpful receptionist, informations,food order,all things go through this guy, always willing to help. Clean, nice location,nice room service. Very clear rules. There is an electronic room service buttons. Don't disturb,call for cleaning anything you need just press the button. I can't see what is wrong with this place. If ever come here again this will be only place to stay...

As mentioned, the rooms were very clean. The only problem with the hotel was the car park. But it is very nice to be in the bazaar. Walking distance to the beach. The interest in the reception was very good ".

I do not recommend. The room weren t comfortable and they never cleaned our room for two days. The wall was dirty and the bed uncomfortable.

If I booked a deluxe king room from booking, they wanted to give me a standard room, and the employees are very disrespectful.

You are holding a double room in the hotel, instead of two single beds, they combined two single beds in the photos, but the number of rooms with a view is the view, you want water for one or two nights, there is no service, so think carefully, I say 300 lira for the room that appears to be 239 lira on the ETS tour because I don't have much luck. The place is good for business purpose but there is no parking area for the people with car. Breakfast is not that good. Average hotel according to its price

The thing that bothered me the most was the cigarette smell in our room which is normal thing in Turkey even if the rooms are non smoking.
The bed was comfortable and it was pretty clean inside. The rooms did not having an iron and ironing service was part of laundry for an extra fee it seemed strange to me for a 4 star hotel not to have ironing boards in the room...
The breakfast was very minimal, nothing special.. There was no brewed coffee, although the tea was good. There wasnt much choice. There is no restaurant in the hotel except for breakfast.
The hotel staff was pleasant and service was good. Wifi was slow.

Very clean hotel only thing I want to complain about is breakfast is only from 7.00 to 10.00 o'clock

The service is huge 0 just ask for money without having to put the suitcase on the floor for the wages and the staff is very repellent ...

My impressions;
1) First time I stayed in a 4 star hotel. Frankly, the only difference from the 2-star hotels I stayed before was that it was a little glowing.
A small room in Pendik, no breakfast anyway. Price is negative in terms of performance.
2) Generally, they refer to hotel guests as "guests". Unfortunately, I didn't even feel the part of it. In the evening, I slipped sullenly and went upstairs.
3) Some of them wrote sea view or something. Why do people make such fake comments!
Only the suite on the 6th floor shows the sea! This means that some of the comments are genuine, not organic comments.
4) Is it normal to smell hair, stains, human odor, sweat on a clean sheet? If the sheets were clean, I definitely wouldn't score badly.
You had to be attentive. To sleep a night, you get 200 TL for a bed, but considering the service and cleanliness, it doesn't deserve it.

Location is ideal, right in the center with shops and restaurants, fitness, ... around you. The rooms are beautiful, the lobby immediately gives a wow effect. We only stayed 1 night and had to leave early so we didn't do breakfast in the hotel but somewhere else outside. Nice room with luxury finishes 2 min from the shopping district ..

The location is difficult to describe, the corridors on the floors are very narrow, the hotel has been converted to an apartment located in Pendik.

The rooms are nice. I think the sort of breakfast is enough. It's not expensive.

The rooms are super tiny, the Air-condition experience was the worst, as they control it from the reception so they can cut it off in the middle of your sleep for no apparent reason just to let you wake up soaked in sweat or jack it all the way up you shiver freezing while sleeping, the remote inside the room is just for decorating purposes, one other thing is they tried twisting my hand to cancel my booking online and pay it directly to them if I wanted to be checked in a bit earlier so they can avoid the broker fee most probably and when I told them it's non cancelable online they said then wait til the official check in which was only an hour later! Of you found their price to be cheap maybe cause it's a cheap hotel.

Pendikte easy to reach the street in the hotel where we went to the car park as you can not find a possibility to wait until the car to download the car in the parking lot of the hotel in their own car parked even if there is not even the possibility to pause the price of the breakfast is not very ordinary.

Very helpful team. Very classy hotel with clean room. Breakfast in the covered terrace but a pity that there is no air conditioning in summer a little too hot when you have breakfast.

So so. There is no breakfast. The location is nice but there is no parking. In a very troubled place. A clean hotel.

The first room we got smelled like cigarette smoke and was dirty. Then I went to the reception where we got another room. This room did not stink of cigarette smoke but there was mold on the wall and the room was very dirty. Then I'm back to the reception whereupon we received an upgrade. This room was okay cleanliness but smelled of cigarette smoke. Please take a look at my photos. This hotel will never see us again!

The price was affordable but the room was small. No sound insulation. From the sounds of gulls and planes, it is very difficult to sleep from the sounds of the hotel. If you're not disturbed by noise, it's perfectly suitable for a stay.

We had a job with Aylem in Istanbul, we loved it and they helped us very much. We were warm immediately. I have never seen a hotel or a hot hotel like inera in my life. We immediately realized that the happiness of the customers is very important. Service 5 stars number 10. Clean rooms. I wish everyone ran a hotel like this. After that, I will come to every Istanbul in Inera. If you look for flaws you will always find them !!

4 nights 5 days stay in the hotel the lock of the door lock can not lock the glass outside the room except when I do not know where my own bathroom towels when cleaning the room when I ask for a single variety or dinner in the evening, I would not recommend to stay outside the image of the ac would not be difficult
