data plans are good...i dont know why i have 3G on the data network...before i have 4G....if i can go back to 4G please...now i hotspot to laptop because when i go online via my phone, it's slow...but when i hotspot to my laptop, its fast...can someone help
Data is good. However, I can't understand why they have so many data plans and their customer service staff are unaware of the plans. There is some glitch in the Mobile App - SHAKE IT promotion. You need to sign up for a data plan to get free stuff. It says you don't qualify for this promotion. SKY PAC IS BAD. Don't improve, just close it!
Ask there agents to explain automated services phat plans. Always having to check your data plans. Very interesting explanation.
