We had water damage throughout our kitchen, and penco was in the same day to start mitigation and checked in every day to inform us of progress.
Johnny was our project manager and walked us through the whole process of getting our flooring picked out, to who would be where and when. He was available for text or call at the drop of a hat.
Will absolutely be using them for any future needs.
Penco Restoration and the crews that worked our flooding problem at the church did an outstanding job. They were very professional and did the work in a timely manner. I would recommend Penco to any who may have a restoration problem caused by natural disaster or some problem that causes work to be done. Thanks again for a job well done.
Our dishwasher leaked and soaked a lot of out kitchen floor and our insurance agent recommended Penco. So far so good. The last three days has been noisy and annoying with fans and a large dehumidifier going in out kitchen but Penco is here removing the items. Tim especially was awesome, he was a part of the crew that got here within two hours of the first phone call to Penco. They only removed the wet boards so we had as little displacement as possible in our kitchen. I recommend giving these folks a call if you need water/leak remediation. I will update the review with the rest of the restoration process with Penco.
I recently hired PENCO Restoration to repair some extensive tree damage to my home from a wind storm. They were top notch professionals from start to finish. PENCO worked with my insurance adjuster to ensure the full extent of the damage was captured, worked the estimate directly with them, and then performed the work quickly, thoroughly and professionally. The final result looks better than before the storm! The entire PENCO team was awesome but I need to give an extra mention and shout out to Johnny, their project supervisor for my project. He was always readily available when I had questions, kept me informed of the status and progress along the way, and was very professional to work with. Highly recommend. Will definitely use them again.
Very nice at first. Came out spent three hours measuring and writing things down. Three weeks later no response! Change of people. Called and now they want $150 to give an estimate to the insurance company. Nothing was said before they wasted my time.
We have been getting a lot of water in our garage and had Trey Jones come out to diagnose the problem and possibly estimate the repair cost. He is the 3rd contractor that has looked at the problem but the first that actually figured out what was wrong. I am so thankful to him! He saved us thousands of dollars because of how thoroughly he looked at our problem before suggesting a solution. I am so impressed. I will definitely use them again.
Penco is thoroughly professional, honest, and friendly to boot. They put the customer first. A broken pipe ruined two rooms but they restored it to what it was before. You can't tell there was a problem. They go out of their way to help at a time when people are usually frustrated. Highly recommend. They treat customers with respect.
I am giving this company a couple of stars only because the people there are very nice and friendly. However, I would not use them for anything in the future unless you are willing to be charged more than what is reasonable. It cost us a little over $700 to have them come out on a weekend day to place a single regular sized tarp on our roof. Then their estimate to have the small amount of interior water damage fixed was ~$2,000, which we decided to go with someone else for. Also, they charge a %3 fee if you chose to use a credit card to pay. Fortunately, we found a wonderful roofer that was able to fix our leak, and it even cost a few hundred less than the tarp!
They have been so amazing to work with! Joey answered all of the questions I had and walked my husband and I through the whole process. Very friendly and professional! Our neighbors even needed someone in the middle of the night with a pipe breaking and they came that next morning at 7am! Nothing but great things to say about this company, I would highly recommend.
Johnny Smith kept me updated throughout the entire process of the restoration. He was very knowledgeable and professional and the finished product was perfection. You cannot go wrong with this company. I will not hesitate to call them in the future if I am in need of their services!
I would like to acknowledge the Penco Contents team. I was nervous in having all my downstairs contents packed and and moved to another location and then brought back. They had great attention to detail and explained to me how the floor drying process worked. They called ahead of time to let you know they are on the way and are very manner able and respectful.
Hope no one ever has to use a Restoration Company, but if you do this company came through for us. We had a rough start but they did an outstanding job in the end!
OH, MY GOODNESS! My husband and I were out of our home and out of the state for two months taking care of family members. On our return (3:30 AM) we walked into our home. We thought it smelled strange. We found mold...a LOT of mold in our basement. A water leak in the kitchen sink, and a warm house (80 degrees) was a happy place for mold growth.
Penco came to our rescue. The five people that spent a week with us cleaning, packing, instructing all the while making an awful situation bearable again. They came in with large air-scrubbers. They put on their masks, and gear and they went to work. The hardest working people in an uncomfortable environment I've ever seen. AND, they were happy and cheerful. How they did that is a wonder. Shonta, Jake, CeeJay, Skylar, and Josh will forever be my heroes. Josh would tell us each morning what to expect, he was VERY professional and patient with our questions. I HIGHLY recommend this team and this company to anyone faced with an unhealthy clean-up. They saved my sanity. I did not know where to turn; what a blessing to have such hardworking, knowledgeable people to give us a hand. I would adopt them if I could.

My house burned down back in January 2020. Penco did the rebuild and my house looks awesome. I found the company thorough, timely, and easy to communicate with from Jeff who came out and did the estrimate, to Darlene and Trey whom worked with me and my insurance to Johnny who supervised the rebuild. I spend most of my time working with Johnny. He was always accessible, returned calls quickly, was extremely knowledgable, patient and answered any question I had big or small to my understanding. The end result is amazing and I can't thank them enough. I would highly recommend Penco Restoration to anyone and everyone.
No such thing as a small leak! My insurance recommended Penco to handle the major damage done to master bath including plenty of water damage throughout walls and floor. I am elderly and needed help which CJ in the office immediately had Joseph Pendley to contact me which he did. I could not have dreamed of meeting and dealing with such a kind knowledgeable young man. He has finished his part of my repair, and I would highly recommend & use him again, hopefully won't have to as I hate ''small leaks''. 5 stars all the way.Thanks (office) CJ and CJ Pendley
The people from Penco were outstanding! They helped us through a significant water issue and listened to all our concerns. They were able to accommodate each special request we made, and we made several. They were always on time and walked us through the process each step of the way. The work they did looks great, the cost we incurred were stated upfront and there was never an additional amount. I would use them again in an emergency or just because. I understand why they are a preferred vendor for USAA.
