Kind, courteous, professional, prices are fair, and they show up at the scheduled time and stand by their work. This is a standard of professionalism and service rarely seen. Makes me want to buy Pella again.

I have Pella french doors and windows over 20 years old. They're great products and like anything over time--they need some maintenance and repair. The previous owner didn't get them resealed and because they face south and get a lot of weather exposure they suffered some water damage. I refinished them but needed them professionally re-sealed. I called Megan and asked if they could help. Some companies would just try to sell me new doors and windows, but this company has worked with me to to service and extend the life of the doors. Mike from their service department came out before winter to see what he could do and resealed the windows. He did a great job, was very nice and cleaned everything up afterwards. But this last winter was very hard and it turns out that there was another area that leaked a tiny bit. I called Megan in service and she sent Mike back. He replaced another seal and I'm good to go. They didn't charge for this follow up visit and service because they stand by their work. I'm not sure if anyone could have anticipated that that seal would fail this winter, but this company stands by their work and they didn't charge me.

Grateful to Mike, Megan and this company. I'll buy Pella again!

The one star is for Doug, the sales person who did an excellent job of helping us find the best front and patio doors for our 111 year-old house. Also for the excellent installation team that worked long hours over two days to install the doors in an old house that required hard and special work. The accounting and operations people get no stars. I was charged and paid online the first payment of one-half the price and assumed they would charge me credit card for the second half when the job was completed. Apparently they didn't, nor have they contacted me since the installation or sent me a bill for the balance. Today, I received a notice that they are filing a lien on my house for the balance, which I am happy to pay if they would send me a bill or contact me online to pay, just like the first bill. So I called today and left a message with the accounting department to call me to settle the matter and, of course, no return call. So, I don't know how much I owe, I have never received a bill, and no one will call and talk with me. Horrible operational "service". Great product, great installers, great salesperson, but the operation is the worst.

I am doing a major remodel in Sausalito, and have All Pella Windows and doors installed. I really like the product, it's clean line, great look and quality. Carrin has also been great in coming to the job site to take the specs and make sure all orders are managed well from A to Z. The entire job will be complete in 3 months. But so far so good. Carrin will be coming over again to make sure all windows and doors are operating properly and make any necessary changes and adjustments.

Carrin Levandowski was an amazing help and gave my husband and I the final touches to our DREAM home. Her insights on the windows that would match our visions for our home were amazing. We are so thankful to have had her on our team!

It's not only the impressive quality of the window and doors that Pella manufactures that has enhanced both our home and cottage, we were guided through the process and supported each step of the way by Scott Good in the Alamo showroom. Having someone be there who understands aesthetics, design, construction, and can navigate the Pella universe of options, took all the stress out of the process. Even when we had some issues with shipping damage to one of our windows, Scott was on it. That degree of experience and customer service can be hard to find these days... delighted to be looking out on the world through Pella.... thanks!!

Unreliable. I set up an appointment with assurances they could do exactly what I wanted and promising discounts for signing up at that particular time and location, only to be called that week saying they were not actually available at that time and telling me I d have to reschedule. When I called to do just that not only did they have no record of but they flag out told me the company wasn t capable of doing what I was looking for. They wouldn t even set up an appointment to have someone come talk to me about it, but told me I d have to go to a showroom.

Carrin was professional, always prompt, but even better, understood the unique stylistic needs of window replacement in an historic house. Collaboration was easy, including a meeting with my carpenter. She was always available for questions. Pella windows and doors are good products and the ongoing technical support is really helpful.

We have had a wonderful experience working with Carrin in getting estimates for doors and windows on multiple projects. She is always prompt with answering our questions and helps us understand the options our clients have.
