Log of attempts to contact Dentemax regarding PPO fee schedule.

1. "Our agents are out to lunch until 1pm, please call back after 1pm"
2. Xferred to a random voicemail box that was NOT whom i needed to speak with.
3. "I'm sorry, our agents are not available right now".

Extremely frustrating trying to deal with and/or contact this company. Horrible "customer service" if you can even call it that.

We wrote a letter in October to go out of network ...

We wrote a letter in October to go out of network and as of today we are still being paid as in network. Cannot get anywhere. It's "been taken care of" on their end and it is the insurance fault. Filing a complaint with the insurance commissioner.

They cannot help dental offices with fee schedules...

They cannot help dental offices with fee schedules for their plans/members so their insureds do not know what is actually covered. Calling them is a nightmare as you are on hold forever.
