They give nothing back to their employees, they can't keep a plant manager, the owner doesn't care what happens with his management team, the HR department is unethical and a joke and they give nothing back to their employees. You are nothing but a number to them at Pelco. And the attendance policy is a joke. No personal time and the vacation accrual system makes it nearly impossible to ever take a planned vacation with your family

They got too many bosses not doing enough for the company to justify their pay. And too many trying to shine on someone's else light!! I left as fast as I got there.
