I have taken 3 different foster children to this facility, and I have always had great support and encouragement. They have made appointments for us in a timely manner, even in last minute situations.They do a great job reminding you of your upcoming appointments.The staff and doctors are pleasant and informative. I've read the review that stated it was a "dirty" place, I actually do not feel it is "dirty", but just not new and updated. I feel it is a clean environment, but could use some touch ups; however, I would say the "new" atmosphere is not on the top of my list when it comes to a pediatrician. I look more to the doctor and the staff and how they treat each other and the patient. Lastly, they have always been good giving our foster child a book, stuffed animal, blanket, etc that evidently a wonderful church group of women donate. They bless us in so many ways. Worst first experience ever. I arrived 12 mins late and was told there is a 10Min late period. Which was never mentioned upon booking the appointment. I tried to call no answer of course drove and water gas and got my child an early dismissal for nothing. Then the lady at the desk was rude to me. I was really looking forward to starting care here. But I will not be because of this. I will not tolerate rudeness. I can respect policy but it needs to be told upon booking.

Yesterday was our first visit at Pediplace. Before we went there I was reading some reviews and there are a lot of bad ones. When we went there I didn't observe anything of that to be true. The ladies on front desk were polite and nice, and our Dr and the nurses inside as well. I liked how Mary Jane Haskew was kind, nice and careful with my daughter and was interested in all of our medication and family history. She was smiling all the time. In the end they gave my daughter notepad, coloring book and 2 books + crayons as a gift. It was very nice! They have baskets near the check out, so we took a cute handmade kitten from there as well. I am very satisfied!

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! They never have any appointment availability. Staff is very unprofessional. Tried making 2 different SICK appointments for my daughter just for them to tell me they couldn't see her for about a week or two. Very very dissatisfied.

They tried using my CC, while i im sitting in india not even knowing who these guys are. Got a messages from citibank as below. Transaction at PEDI PLACE LEWISVILLE US on 09-Mar-20 declined on your Credit card ending 6286 due to invalid expiry date entry. Retry with valid expiry date

They've taken good care of my son for over 10 years!

The doctors and nurses are patient and kind with my littles.. It looks a little rough around the edges but the care and people inside are great..

I will forever be thankful for Debra Hunter and the team at pedi place! My son was in a accident. I took my son here the day after being released from the hospital, they were able to get him in for a appointment right away. Mrs. Hunter came in the room and examined my son. She stated that he needs a MRI as soon as possible and gave my everything i needed to set it up. It turns out that my son did have a fracture of his growth plate. If it wasn't for her knowledge and wisdom this could have been missed. Thank you so much for everything!

The nurse practitioners and medical assistants are very nice and caring. However the front staff can get snappy with the exception of one lady from the Dallas location who is always sweet. The other front staff may need more training on interpersonal communication and people skills. They are the first people that patients and families interact with and they set the tone for the visit.
