My children have been going to Pediatric Services for 12 years now and we have been very pleased with the care. We see Dr. Harrington, who is always very responsive, communicative, caring and knowledgable. Highly recommend this group.

Fantastic pediatric care office. Clinicians respond quickly to between visit questions and every one we have seen has great bedside manner with our little ones. Since they've expanded into a larger location, they've added on in-office lactation consultation and also now house some pediatric psychologists to round out their care. Also have limited Saturday sick care hours which is nice.
They have a very balanced approach of ensuring your family feels listened to and heard with regard to any medical concerns while not over testing or over medicating issues. Every friend I've recommended this place to has been happy.

Loved having Dr. Kelly Ishizuka as my son s doctor. My sister recommended her to me, as my niece sees her as well.
She s very Kind, informative, professional,and always respectful.She always take the time to listen, answer my endless questions and go above and beyond. The whole staff are very nice and pleasant, love going there, they creat such a positive family friendly type of environment.
I'd highly recommend.
The care at this facility is outstanding! We see Dr. Harrington for our daughter and she never rushes us. She takes time to answer my long list of questions, slowly and makes sure we truly understand. She is caring, gentle and for us, the perfect amount of progressive.
We also saw another one of Doctors when our daughter had a fever of 105.4 and he was wonderful, as well. I would feel good about seeing anyone at this facility.
Our child's life has been significantly improved by the conscientious attention of this clinic.
In particular, Dr. Steven Inman serves patients above and beyond traditional practice. He is the family physician of the past who takes personal responsibility for the well-being of patients and recognizes the value of communication with families. He is like a Mr. Rogers version of House. Kind, caring, considerate and driven to solve any mysterious health condition that doesn't immediately reveal itself.
I can't say enough about how much I respect and appreciate his care and the excellent service at Pediatric Services overall. If there were a Pediatrician of the Year award he would win it.
I have been trying to be optimistic about this place but as soon as my daughter is done with her baby rounds of shots we will be finding a different place.
Every time I call the receptionists are extremely short and rude. You better know the exact date, time and doctor your child is being seen or they will huff and puff about looking it up. Do NOT expect a smiling receptionist ready to check you in when you walk in here. This is a big deal to me as I think it shows the clinic as a whole. And nothing aggravates me more than rude people, especially for no reason.
Our doctor is always late for the appointments. And honestly not very comfortable to talk to. I can't talk for all the doctors, as we've mainly only seen one. She might take time to listen, but the answers feel like they are coming out in more of a judgement.
After over a year of trying this clinic with both a baby and a 9 year old (switched to this clinic due to insurance changes), we will continue to look and not regret it one bit.
We have been bringing our daughter to this office since she was born and Dr. Collins is always kind and very helpful when we have questions. We also rarely have to wait when we arrive which is very appreciated when visiting a doctor's office. I would recommend them to anyone.
They go above and beyond in caring for your child. This is our 4th year at PS and we have two kids. Our second child has complicated allergies and asthma--PS has saved us a trip to the ER multiple times. They are also very responsive to paperwork needs from daycare and really get to know your kids.
Love Dr.Inman and most of the staff is great. Front desk gets very busy and calling gets frustrating. But I highly recommend this place.
Our twin boys are 9 months old now, and we've taken them to Dr. Ishizuka since they were born. She is the absolute best energetic, funny, well-informed, and clearly extremely passionate about her work. She's quick to respond to all of the e-mails we send during off-hours with first-time-parent fears, and is so helpful at giving us action items when appropriate. We've had no issues with the rest of the staff, who have always been friendly and helpful. So grateful we got so lucky in finding a pediatrician!
