They are absolutely usless. They just take your money and they are not even able to do simple things unless you don't phone call them a hundred times. When I was with them they never did the expenses return and I was really new in the self employed word, so obviously I find out years later how much money I've lost. Late payments as well was an issue, lots of people really rude over the phone. I left azebra 2 years ago and I found out just this morning they never closed my account and my pension provider was not advised. So again, I called them to push them to do their job. I really hope this is my final call.

The worst payroll company in the world , they take your money and they charge you with something you have never earn but you still must pay taxes for HMRC.........AVOID WITH ALL PRICES.....

Slow at paying, incredibly rude staff that can t even explain their own payslips. Avoid avoid avoid

Take massive deductions off your wages still have no idea how they justify it! Robbery! Will never work under this scheme again.

Please do not sign up to NOW Pensions - the pensions scheme which is recommended by Azebra. They will fail to keep an accurate record of your payments, will be almost impossible to contact and will fail to repay pension money in full when requested. A great deal of stress will be avoided if you do not use this scheme. The lack of competency is shocking.

Done this for 6 year now the agency game and this payroll is by far the worst one I've ever used

Nice to see this company is growing in business and profit ! net take home pay for employee is excellent at 70% ( full tax allowance) company takes only 30% deductions for processing
