Pediatric Associates of West Memphis Review

Would have given a zero. Management has no empathy and very unprofessional, Stacy and Judy. I came on Dec. 30, 2019 and waited 21/2hrs and was not seen for walk in shots. They made it seem as if there was an issue with my new insurance. Came again on Jan 2, 2020 and thats when the balance
issue came up. Would not allow child to get shots unless balance that I was unaware of and not received a bill for was paid. Would not allow me to make payment arrangements until I paid 150 up front. Receptionist went to ask if I could make payment, and manager had to look to see what I looked like in order to give an answer. That's not how it should be done. I never received a bill for almost 500.00. Please do yourself and your child s favor and skip over this office. I had been coming for years and the service is not what it was in the past. Will look to take child to pedatrician in Memphis because there is not much to select from here.

i hate to even give this place 1 star but just to give a review i had to , the worst place ever to take your children ! it used to be a 10 star place then dr evans retired . nasty floors , nasty attitudes horrible drs & could go on & on but im sure everyone already knows !!!!!!!!!

doctors are ok and some of the medical assistance are great, but Nurse, not Lisa (the one they just hired around end of Summer 2018) and the lady that does referrals are pathetic. They never know anything, paper work never were it suppose to be and their favorite line, " you will have to come in." The doctor and Nurse Practitioner are both great only reason I continue to bring my kid in.

I love Pediatric Associates of West Memphis. My daughter is a handfull and they are always patient with her. They are pretty good at calling to give me an appt for that same day if there are any cancellations. I have been bringing my baby since she was a newborn. I love Dr. Campbell. He is very nice and patient. I prefer this location over the one in Marion. They are fast, patient, and have positive attitudes. I cant think of even one bad experience I've had here.

Terrible !!! The staff never answers the phone! So I have to go up there to make my son an appointment, really hate it if I didn't have a car!

Terrible! My son medication was suppose to be called in on Friday and it's Tuesday. Every time I call, they either don't answer or have me on hold for 5-10 minutes. I'm looking for another pediatrician for my son immediately!

Very impersonal and rude staff. Would not take my kids there again.

My recommendation is run go anywhere but here. Its almost like they chose doctors that barely passed med school not very thorough. Get sub par care its pathetic you take your child to the doctor have to take them to ER a few days later just to find out that they where never properly diagnosed this has happened countless times. The last time said my childs ears where perfectly fine the next day her ear drums where busted the ER and ENT said it was impossible that they even looked.

Very kind and nice staff.
I would recommend this place all the time.

Dr. Shah is a wonderful advocate for her patients and has been a joy to work with during a difficult time with my child. She makes sure that I am properly informed of options, treatments, diagnoses, etc. We absolutely love her.

I never thought in a million years that my child that has disabilities could be treated like he's nothing from these doctors if you have a kid that's needs tube feeding do not go to this place they have absolutely no regards for tube fed children it's a sad world we live in today

Very unprofessional and unconcerned staff from the time you check in, and leave. Will never put my child in their care again! If you want the best care for your child, Seek some place else you must definitely won't find it here. This establishment lacks professionalism and customer service skills, Just horrible.

I like this practice , they treat you like a family member , and make the visit easy and pleasant for you and your kids .
Dr.Shah is an amazing pediatrician .
