Would have given a zero. Management has no empathy and very unprofessional, Stacy and Judy. I came on Dec. 30, 2019 and waited 21/2hrs and was not seen for walk in shots. They made it seem as if there was an issue with my new insurance. Came again on Jan 2, 2020 and thats when the balance
issue came up. Would not allow child to get shots unless balance that I was unaware of and not received a bill for was paid. Would not allow me to make payment arrangements until I paid 150 up front. Receptionist went to ask if I could make payment, and manager had to look to see what I looked like in order to give an answer. That's not how it should be done. I never received a bill for almost 500.00. Please do yourself and your child s favor and skip over this office. I had been coming for years and the service is not what it was in the past. Will look to take child to pedatrician in Memphis because there is not much to select from here.
