Appalling customer service. Still waiting six weeks later for my order and customer service don't even reply to emails asking for follow-up. Wish I had never ordered from them in the first place.
The most irritating customer service received ever on the earth. There was a duplicate transaction from my account for 1 code. I called them 10 times and evertime they transfer the call to some other unhelpful person. It seems they are not ready to help and just trying to ignore the call. This is so disrespectful.
Pearson Canada Inc is the worst corporation that I have dealt with. I ordered two books more than three months ago and I ve been still waiting to receive my delivery. They lie to me every time I call. They promise me a new date but no delivery. They do not value customers. Customer service just hang the phone on me because I asked to speak to a supervisor. This is so frustrating. I don t recommend this company and it s services. No honesty no efficiency.
I wish there was something like negative starts. Had to waste hours and hours and hours upon purchasing the wrong package. ALL sorts of misguidance and time waste. There is no place on earth where I received this kind of customer service. NEVER gonna purchase anything NEVER in my life.

Appalling online store for a "major" education publisher. Trying to purchase an online access for my course and got error processing card thus no order or order confirmation but debit card was still charged 5 times. Contacting customer service is transferring me from department to department now waiting for a refund from the accounting department. Really disappointing especially seeing reviews from a year ago with the same issues! Fix your website and join us in the 21st century now worried about data security considering they seem to have no functioning website for years! DO NOT BUY ONLINE CALL ON THE PHONE! You will actually get a order confirmation and product you want!
