One of the best hotel for forigens five start hotel

This place is known as home of best food, they have all recreational and sports facilities.

This is a very big and good hotel speciely for foreigners.

Front desk and lobby staff were excellent. Very hospitable. Special thanks to Mr. Arshad in Marco Polo, Mr. Tariq of housekeeping and all the staff of Chandni lounge. They made our stay memorable.

I was stay Room no 628 my stay was comfortable furniture was cleanness bathroom was neat and cleanness bedroom was cleanness hotel is cleanness housekeeping staff very friendly and helpful Everything is neat and cleanness special Thanks mr Ayaz and housekeeping supervisor Mr Wazeer Thank you pc hotel

Clean and neat hotel. Good breakfast. Fatima of Guest Relations was kind and helpful. Kudos to her. Pooja at the reception was pleasant. The staffs at the hotel are always willing to help and are cool. Will surely come back to pearl continental on my next trip to karachi..

I went to education expo organized in PC karachi. It was poorly managed. They didnt had projector in meeting room. It took them half an hour to find one.

Excellent Location and good pool and spa facilities and great breakfast menu.
Very cooperative staff they gave us complimentary extra bed and breakfast for kids

Do plantation and improve the quality of overall service. Rooms are small and rates are very high
No view outside the window. It is so much congested that if a person beside your room is talking loudly you can be disturbed easily

nothing good about PC i should have stayed in a good guest house.

I like how the room and especially the bathroom is designed. Everything is clean, staff is helpful and kind also has a decent gym.

Very nice hotel and Marco Polo restaurant has a nice atmosphere and receiption staff was also good.
Mr. Arshad and Farman both are very care full person's.

Best in Karachi. Much better then Marriott and rest.

Overall a very comfortable stay. The fruit basket was missing when I arrived I had to request for it. Rest of the services were prompt.

Didnt seem like one of the elite hotels of Pakistan. It seriously needs some renovation to make it look a bit more classy. And yes, the underground parking was a mess. Seemed like some local shopping plaza parking plus no lifts for people to get up to the hotel from the parking lot, just a bunch of dirty staircase.

Gazal night, an interactive session . Very good activity for introverts and extroverts both and also for music lovers.

I would happily recommend this steak house to friends since my family is already an avid visitor. The staff at your steak house is excellent in their manners and serving and kudos to the chef for doing what he does. Also can you guys please add french onion steak since you already have soup in the menu. :)

Food was below par for the E-banking exhibition. My company set up a double sized stall and were only provided two chairs. I won't call my experience a good one.

Had a dinner in Chandni Restaurant at 10th floor of PC. It is a buffet restaurant and atmosphere is good but a little smaller if we compare with the five star hotels. The food quality is ok but taste vise not very special. They have a limited dishes in main course if we compare with other buffet houses in Karachi like Lal Qila or Chaupal. Overall a good experience but price is not justified.

The over all experience was very good , pleasant environment and best and prompt services and hospitality
i would recommend my friends and colleagues to stay at this hotel

Overall it was a good experience but you need to add some facilities like laundry for all rooms at it is a necessity in a business trip.

It was excellent but I think add some more salty items in high tea.Thank u .

Very old hotel. Needs major upgrading and refurbishment.

Hospitality and the politeness of all the staff was incredible. I personally thank to Ex-Lounge staff Mr. Asad and Mr. Sajid for their personal involvement to serve and attitude. My room was always clean.All the staff was respectful. Thank to your staff and managers to guide them.

5 star hotel located in Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi visit PC for wonderful experience

I have been there many times for lectures, workshops, conference etc. Every time i experience improvement in all domains. I would also like mention here that, i have never faced parking issue at PC.

I think in Karachi there is no any better clean place than pearl continental hotel . It s very good clean and stalf is very co operating I love this manegment.

Food is OK but some areas need a lot of improvement and i just want to say that their go play area is useless women which r working in that area r uneducated and cheap they don't know how to talk and behave and there is no in charge there to handle any bad situation remove this area from PC

It's a very good hotel. The food is amazing the rooms are clean and tidy. The service is good.

PC is always as good the one best stars hotel can be... just they don't have proper parking place for guest cars.. they have charged parking how pathetic is that you pay more for hotel then they charge you for parking as well.... why don't increase hotel charges for room as well for other services...

This hotel is quite old and well established and reputed in Pakistan. A lot expats prefer to stay here. I stayed two night. I am satisfied with my stay. Hotel could improve sound proofing in the guest rooms.

All facilities are of international standard.

We booked a Executive Suite room last month at almost $200USD per night plus taxes
We were confirmed by Nosheen before completing reservations that there will be a handicap accessible room available for us. When we got there we were told there is no handicap room in the hotel. Not that it is not available, but that they never made any handicap accessible rooms. We decided to stay and manage despite that.

When we got to the room you could wipe the dirt with your fingers. It seemed like no one had used or cleaned the room in a long time.
We called them to clean the room.

Because of a death in the family we had to check out 8 days earlier than scheduled. When I went to tell the front desk that we are checking out because of a death in the family he offered no condolences. Just told me since the reservation was paid in full the hotel would not give any refunds. Can someone say Money Hungry. I told them I don't have the emotional capacity to get into that at the moment and I will let my travel company handle that.
Unfortunately for me the travel company was not able to get me a refund or credit for the 8 days we had remaining. They said we never have a problem getting a refund or at least a partial refund from hotels especially when there is a death in the family, but this hotel doesn't want to give anything.

The only good things I can say about this hotel is that the people who open the entrance doors and the car doors for you were always helpful and nice. I think it will work out for everyone if they switched out the front desk for the people who open the doors. At least customer service will get better immediately

No reason to dislike. A well maintained hotel prob one of the best chain in pakistan with well trained staff n quality services.

Great place to dine in and also to get refreshed by doing different activities with family and friends

Marcopolo has never disappointed when it comes to service and food. Kamlesh, Farman and the others have provided excellent service. It has been a wonderful stay at PC! Looking forward to staying here again. Thank you!

One of the nicest hotel in the city for lodging. It has all the amenities that you world expect at a good 4 star hotel.
