Attended education fair at PC. Good, clean hotel with nice and courteous staff.

The best hotel in a city seriously short of good options. The rooms are clean, service is good. And their restaurants are the best around.

I go for an education purpose, but there management and security are too good.

The hotel is pretty much breath taking! My sister got married there above in ball room B i guess... And then we got the room this is back in 2012 and it was a good experience I'd definitely say it's the most of The luxury you can get for a hotel in karachi... Guys! Cheers.

The food was very delicious and service was also good but the song was not good

Very large with different it's a hotel,resturant and a banquet you can even go there and vist whole and it has underground parking and also it separate parking for cars and bikes

It's always a great pleasure visiting PC it remains the same old place with that traditional 5 star touch and love to be their... the sakura is really great whereas quality of jason steak house has declined, they need to tc of it. Rest I love the place.. if visiting Karachi you can have a good stay over here ... a little expansive but worth it

Be careful about their payment system, they double charged me and it's been two weeks, they haven't still returned my payment.

Great hotel, very nice and friendly staff, very nice breakfast with a huge selection of food items, delicious meals in in-room dining, rooms with comfortable beds, a very fast free wifi and lovely interior. Restaurants at PC offer a variety of local and international dishes. I always love the way they welcome their guests with their names mentioned on a delicious pastry with a welcome message written with chocolate/white chocolate. I will continue visiting this great luxury hotel, highly recommended!!

There's a general perception that this is a 5 Star Hotel. It's not.
Five-star hotels are considered as having the highest standard rating. These hotels offer multiple room options with luxurious and tasteful decorations and maximum comfort. Rooms in five-star hotels are considerably bigger than those in lower ranked hotels. Even the most basic rooms in a five-star hotel are spacious and allow guests to experience luxury. Although PC provides amenities which are necessary for a 4 star or 5 star rating, but the quality of everything is just poor !

Now coming to my experience,
I think they don't believe in the idea of replacing something when it is too old. For instance, floor tiles, chair covers, carpets, lights, etc. Bedroom furniture is pathetic, there's an old stench in all their lobbies and corridors. In short, they didn't pay any attention on keeping themselves upto date in maintaining their hotel.

A Four Star Hotel in Karachi, luxury rooms , good food

Astonishing state of hygiene at PC Karachi Bakery. I found one hair embedded on 1 of the patties. Poorest ever experience.

I visited this hotel with my family. Actually faysal bank credit card promotion i.e 40% off on total bill attracted me. Ambiance, cutlery and friendly service was appreciable. Quantity of the food was just okay. Limited choice for sweet dish. Live music during dinner is a good enjoyment.
Recommended to visit this place with your family and friends.

Nice and peaceful accommodation with gentle hospitality.

Services, condition of rooms and staff behavior was excellent (Except for once when I asked for a possibility of mobile charger as my phone was off and I had to call the driver, I asked reception and without listening to my complete request, he said "NO" not in a rude manner but was not polite as well)

Rooms seemed to be refurbished/renovated? as compared to my last visit a couple of years ago, thumbs up.

Went to Jason's steakhouse. Service is poor in my honest opinion. No one was there to greet us. Waiters were almost non-existent. We even have to ask for napkin and serviettes ourselves. Steak was just middle of the pack for this city and it was a bit slow. Ambiance is nice but a little bit too dark for my liking. Overall, there are better steakhouses in Karachi.

It was an amazing experience at Marcopolo but I cannot be so mesmerizing without Mr. Arshad, Mr. Faraz & Mr. Kamlesh. It was simply a waow experience due to all aforesaid staff curtious and cooperating behaviour.

The best of the best. Comfortable bedding, spacious purpose built rooms, lounging chair to watch TV or have a cup of tea. Dressing and writing table. Convenient wardrobe. A little oddly designed toilet with a good bathing space. Overall great experience.

Good hotel for both boarding and for corporate functions...

Certain information were not clear while check in.
Due to wrong information given by the staff at the reception had to pay a lot for the laundry services.which after explaining to the Manager was not take care or done any kind of waive off to the bill.
It was Heart breaking. that requested to them a day before checking out still no update or report was given to on duty manager.
Overall it was satisfactory leaving beside the laundry issue. If that was taken care in timely manner it would been a Great stay!!

I was invited at Morcopolo PC for hi -tea.
Service was not good,waiters were not around,I was looking for ice cream cups,there was shortage I think.gol guppas and buns were not fresh.i m not at all impressed and I don't think that I would visit again.

It was good but there should be more activities for visiters.

Used their halls for conferences. Good customer support. Rooms are also nice.
Parking facility is available.
Ask for abrar in sales team, he is very cooperative.
Jason steak and Taipan are good, did not like Chandno restaurant very much.
