We booked a Executive Suite room last month at almost $200USD per night plus taxes
We were confirmed by Nosheen before completing reservations that there will be a handicap accessible room available for us. When we got there we were told there is no handicap room in the hotel. Not that it is not available, but that they never made any handicap accessible rooms. We decided to stay and manage despite that.

When we got to the room you could wipe the dirt with your fingers. It seemed like no one had used or cleaned the room in a long time.
We called them to clean the room.

Because of a death in the family we had to check out 8 days earlier than scheduled. When I went to tell the front desk that we are checking out because of a death in the family he offered no condolences. Just told me since the reservation was paid in full the hotel would not give any refunds. Can someone say Money Hungry. I told them I don't have the emotional capacity to get into that at the moment and I will let my travel company handle that.
Unfortunately for me the travel company was not able to get me a refund or credit for the 8 days we had remaining. They said we never have a problem getting a refund or at least a partial refund from hotels especially when there is a death in the family, but this hotel doesn't want to give anything.

The only good things I can say about this hotel is that the people who open the entrance doors and the car doors for you were always helpful and nice. I think it will work out for everyone if they switched out the front desk for the people who open the doors. At least customer service will get better immediately
