Nice hotel with almost all facilities you need, like Mosque, Halls, Rooms, shops etc

I have stayed in many hotels from 3 to 5 star but frankly this was the worst experience ever.. The room was clean and the AC worked nice but that's it.. Their service was worst.. Room service will take 30 min for a cup of tea.. The food we ordered was worst than a dhaba food and the charges were like 7 star hotel.. Morning breakfast was so bad that i cant even explain.. Had to return the Tea as it tasted like a day old tea that was boiled a few times..
And when we complained about it at the desk, they didnt even bother apologizing.. As if they were not even listening.
IMO if you really want to spend your hard earned money, spend it elsewhere.

I stayed in this hotel last year when visited Pakistan for attending expo. Staff of hotel is really caring and friendly. Cleaning is excellent. Rooms have very good facilities in accordance with its status of five star hotel. All necessary services are available. It has many restorants with avaibility of most of all country foods availability. Taste of food is really very good. Gym is also good. It has currency exchange service also. Location is really very nice. In short I enjoyed my stay here. Hope to be there in future if there will be chance to visit Pakistan again.

Service and restaurant is good. Fixture in certain parts needs improvement.

An excellent hotel to visit with all facilities except the confusing front and back parking and their entrance and exit gates. Difficult to explain to someone. The exit of back parking looks less like that of hotel and more like some Factory.

A well maintained hotel. Rooms are spacious. Over all environment is very good. Breakfast is average but Pakistani restaurant at 10th floor is excellent with extra ordinary service, best quality food and a beautiful panoramic view of Karachi.

Overall it is the best place to stay in Karachi, only issues exist with the bedding

Good. I was invited at a networking session . Food was lousy. Mutton Biryani did not have mutton. BBQ chicken was good. I enjoyed ice cream.

Very neat and clean. Staff was helpful. They changed my room setting as per request.

Please care food quality special in meat dishs.

The hotel is fine. Located centrally with all the required amenities. The bed was VERY SOFT.... TOO OLD.. seemed very used. Staff was nice and accommodating. Facilities were nice. I stayed for 6 days and used almost all the facilities. Swimming pool is very nice.
Restaurants: Marco polo breakfast pretty good. Need some more healthier options though.
Sakura: Amazing
Jason steak house: pathetic, disgrace to steaks.... do you even have a steak specialist there?
Chandni was alright.

And yeah wifi was BAD..... For a hotel this standard it needs a lot of improvement

the only issue was the water which smelled of sewage for the first 5 days because of which use of water in the washroom was a nightmare.
i also complained last time that your toiletries are not upto the mark and you should try a different brand.
the curtains hooks and railings were broken and no one attended to it for 7 days that i was there.
staff is very courteous.
your desi menu has become limited since youve added chinese food to it

I loved it and it has a very environment with good quality of food and Ala Carte menu, in-room dining is also there to avail. The prices are very expensive for every food item

Good place and ambient environment is excellent. Parking area is little busy however more space available in next side for parking. It offers a variety of recreational facilities, 3 dining options and modern room with free Wi-Fi.

Tastefully decorated, the elegant rooms come with earth colour tones and are bathed in warm light. They are equipped with a sofa seating area, flat-screen TV and private bathroom.

Average, must have screen to find any shop or event,even no main reception to get a help.

We are very much happy and satisfied with the standard of Pearl continental dinner at Marco Polo. Mr. Mansoor Ali who is the restaurant manager had cooperated with us like a family. And made our event a wonderful event. Hats off to Mr Mansoor Ali . 100 out of100onhis outstanding service and could operation. Infact Mr umer fiza had co operated alot. 100 percent satisfied with Mansoor Ali

Always bin a good hotel all over its the best money can buy .

The staff is really good and cooperative. I highly recommand the cafe having great sitting area and enjoy coffee.
