Two nights was really memorable as management of Lahore provide hospitality

Service is good in restaurants and bedrooms
Average in halls
Food quality is good
Different floors for different kinds of rooms is a good idea
Food in Jason's steak House is amazing but expensive

Breakfast at Marcopolo breakfast is amazing. Staff was cooperative

Very tight security bcoz of ideas exhibition but had a very gud time there

Love pan thai food, nice and friendly staff.

Very nice ambiance neat and clean, food quality is very good.
One place you have to maintain is the masjid place of wazoo and the smell is not good

Good once you are in. But no views. Too noisy. Hard to get in. Get stuck in traffic once you get out.

I always enjoy staying at PC. Staff is extremely friendly. Great food choices. Rooms are clean

Only cafe food is good, room service old trend, low service, some bath accessories are demaged.

Worst place so far I have visited in my life. Not at all friendly staff

The quality of the room was not up to PC standards. Very old and rundown. Room was not cleaned daily, had to ask for clean towels, requested laundry never showed up. Breakfast buffet food was tasteless, service was poor

5 star for the hotel and minus 1 star for the horrible coffee

General cleaning at the breakfast buffet is not up to the mark. Room was very noisy. Staff is courteous and helpful.

Expensive as per food is concerned . Ambiance is amazing

I came to PC despite some negative feedback but found it was not as bad as i had heard. Good rooms, happening lobby. Marco Polo hi-tea was disappointing but breakfast was not too bad.

Your room service is marginal & compromised. Guest should have to show tolerance to accept the shortcomings in Room Services & Service providers.
Improve Room Service by all means !!

People actually don't have much choices between various hotels but there are hotels that do better than PC Karachi like Move n Pick. But obviously, the price translates the services provided. I would place PC a good value for money as others are awfully expensive.

Went there for O levels exams of my youngest daughter accompanied with my wife that day.

An average place for booking. Not worth much that it looks like. Not proper parking area. Few thing needs to be maintained.

The most attractive hotel for stay and meeting saminar helding. Airy lighten decent rooms and comfortable ambience fresh refreshment food fitness center.
Cool swimming pool and great hospitality

It's one of the finest hotel's in karachi' the only thing it lacked was the food taste which wasn't quite up to the mark, otherwise the quality & hygiene of the food and the room's was awesome!.
I'll say the one star less is actually due to it's location, which is quite a hefty traffic area and the prices' which are a bit high for the local people to use the services as per their affordability.

It's a awesome place. I have always good experience whenever I visited this place.

Stayed here in February 2017 for the first time and was given their best room. The hotel staff knew me by my name which was nice. They gave a lot of complimentary food directly into our hotel room which was amazing. Never had that experience. The food was great, clean hotel, professional staff, all spoke very good English. Gym was very nice too. It kind of took me by surprise at all the equipment they had in there. If I could have them change one thing; that'd be they should give discounts to repeated customers. I contacted the hotel via email as I want to stay there again but there is no chance of discounts here. Otherwise it is def a 5 star hotel. Unfortunately; we have to look at our pockets too and customer loyalty should be number 1 for Hotel Management; so I chose to give it 4 stars

Chandni Restaurant - Great place to eat in karachi with great food and a wonderful atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the city.

Best hotel in karachi with kind staff and best restaurants.

Good place for accommodation however need some improvement with the quality of food . Otherwise hotel is good.

I went there to have a dinner buffet at Chandani. Its pure desi food buffet. Music is really great.
