Rude staff. Receptionist hung up on me while I was introducing myself.

Worst organization ever, please don't join them as an employee, exploit employees as best they can, and they fake it to appraise their work, they are close to doing nothing positive, God bless them, doing business with them is extremely risky man, take your own risk if you do so. They carry micromanagement, previously did it with US employees, now started doing the same in Indian organization. They must be banned for forever to work in India. They can even fake Embassies, just to get their trips finalized, be careful before joining them guys!

An Employee friendly organization. Flexible timings and a good example of companies keeping a work-life-balance at there priority list. Feels proud to work for Pearce !

Unprofessional, unethical, abusive management all the way up to the CFO. They lose contracts like my grandma does her glasses.

Working for Pearce Services has been a great experience for me. The best part of my job is that most of the time, the office is buzzing with activity and there is never a dull moment. People are motivated to get certified and get on board on new projects. Latest softwares are being acquired/rented to bring effectiveness and efficiency in the process . The flexibility to work from home or office when emergencies arise is a great add on . The highly lucrative incentive/ bonus program is also an add on.

I love the work environment here. They are so concern for their employees. Working here has been a good opportunity for my present and future.
Never felt being not part of the team. Thankyou Pearce for giving an opportunity to work with Team.

One of the worst companies ever, they fake it to show that they are in competition with CHC, & bigger companies, they are just a start up with some funds. Don't stand anywhere in the market yet. Problems with management, ways to approach their work, staff, & culture - all are big mess due to their management. The telecom services that are offered suffers many quality issues. Their designer staff sits in India, & highly non-experienced staff, close to illiterate. This organization will take years to raise their bar up so if you are ok with messy work choose them. They are also a fraud organization and does anything be it travelling to different countries, I wish to give them 0 in the rating as their is nothing positive about this organization, but due to system constraint can only select minimum number as 1, so here they are.
