I'm currently moving out of a peak properties unit and this company gave my phone number out to all leasing agents trying to show my place. I have been getting many calls/texts asking if my apartment is still for rent, if there are keys in the box, and or if I can stay home to let these leasing agents in.
Super annoying..
My maintenance guy Mujo swooped into my dilapidated apartment and was a MIRACLE worker. Him and his team who are contracted by Rama maintenance and construction, have been the single best thing about living and working with peak properties. My property manager Jonathan Blanco is also extremely prompt and prioritized the needs of my unit in a tremendous way. Thank you Mujo and Jonathan!
If I could give them a negative star, I would. They offered us a new lease, then just as we were about to sign it, received an EVICTION NOTICE as if we'd done something wrong. Assuming it was some sort of crazy mistake, after constant calling to finally get someone who could give us some answers, we were rudely informed the owner of the property had decided to move his daughter into the apartment instead. The tone of the explanation was mocking and basically rude, to a tenant who had always paid the rent and had to put up with a neighbour from hell below us that constantly had Karaoke parties early on Sunday mornings ( yes, Sunday mornings before 7am ) to which they took no action from what we could see.
Avoid this company if possible. ( Unless you enjoy being treated as if you're worthless )

I have had nothing but positive experiences with my property manager AJ. She's friendly and professional. She's also very responsive to any issues that come up. I emailed her about an issue on the weekend, and she called me back within 15 min to let me know she was sending someone my way to handle it. Give her a raise!
Fantastic apartment management. We are going on our fourth year now and the service has been great! Our maintenance manager Juan and his maintenance team are always there to help us when we need it! Highly recommended!
Trust these reviwes. Agent miguel worst agent you can have he has no time management skills and a horrible liar .I scheduled a showing ge didn't even bother showing up . I contact office he lies he was there when we got there early and left waiting in freezing cold winter for 30minutes. Who shows a 2 bedroom less than 1000ft for more than 30 minutes .only ine entrance how you enter leave without us seeing you.i contacted office nothing was done .hopefully no one is having 5135 s drexel propertut managed by them.He he even told me small..huh ..what type of agent I'd he I decide for myself.afeter I schedule s tour again he states apartment is gone @5pm a day before I'm supposed to view it. Very unprofessional Miguel ..we have friends with million dollar portfolios ud they dont show they call or reschedule ..no apology nothing very dissapointed. Liars take your money elsewhere .when people are wrong they need to admit there are wrong .read reviews on Yelp apparently I'm not first to complain about miguel and mgt still thinks ok..smh
I have had a broken dishwasher for over a year at this apartment, not to mention the washers and dryers only work a fraction of the time. Maintenance is a joke
I have been a tenant of Peak Properties for a few months now and their responsiveness is good, and the maintenance in my unit was completed quickly and done very well. So far, I am happy!
