PDQ lived upto the title...in Dundee on business, called at 9am needed a quick print job for presentation at 10am, Emailed ahead so the job was ready for collection as I arrived and made the meeting on time. Great Service Thank you.

The lady Margaret was very helpful! My dissertation was printing within an hour and for a very good price!! Highly recommended

The worst service I have ever recked by far, actually ended up storming out the shop. asked for help and was told to read a complicated instruction as the man sauntered through the back, I told him i really don't understand and also the machine needed a authority key every time I wanted to print, I was in a hurry and he kept leaving. I was polite until his ruddiness eventually overwhelmed me. disgusting behavious and surprised this place is still opened.

Probably best price of colour printing in Dundee (at least in comparison to other places that I've been to) on good quality paper.

Needed to scan something and needed it the same day. Was told it was sent to my email but it wasn't. However I was refunded and the staff apologised. Will most likely use their services again

Good people running an honest business who are willing to come a price that's fair and fits both parties. They have an excellent technician and are very savvy in their printing practices. Top quality prints will cost you but that's the same everywhere. They are skilled maximising DPI to fit needs, etc. Perfect for everyday bulk printing, business printing and special requests in my experience.

Have to agree with the reviews so far, people-skills are not a priority here. The woman that served me demonstrated some of the worst customer service I've ever seen. Slow, confused and generally unhelpful. Looked at me like I was interrupting her nap. Of course when I got home I realised the images I'd printed off were squashed! I had even mentioned the sizes to them beforehand. You're better off going ANYWHERE else.

So rude woman behind the counter. Can t believe that places like that still exist. Avoid!

This shop is a disgrace .. empty boxes lying everywhere @ reception and the receptionist was very unpleasant and not at all helpful .I am disabled and can not stand for long periods and was not even offered a seat when waiting to get attended to .Left shop !

Nobody service you , talk to you . People there are just like machines. The worst printe service.

Wonderful experience, we have been using them for the last 12 years. Everything done to a very high standard, very quickly as we are always last minute. We would be lost without this gem of a printers.

I've been using PDQ for years. They are very helpful and efficient and convenient for the city centre too.
