Working with the staff here has been a pleasure. Chelsea, the sales rep, worked with our company and our very picky needs, in a professional and fun manner. We are excited to call this place home, and give the building and staff our highest praises.
Horrible service... No agent is ever available. They do not return calls nor send emails. When I finally spoke to an agent Tiffany, she said she would get me pricing for spaces and get back to me via email. NEVER got the email. Called several times no other agent is available, only their answering service. I texted Tiffany for an update for pricing, she left me on read no response, STILL WAITING!
It's a very confusing building that is not laid out well. The signage is lacking as well. I found several other people wandering the halls looking for places while I was there.
My company has been a tenant here for 2 years now and I love it, the staff is friendly and the building is always kept clean.

This is a small and quaint office building. We moved in about 2 weeks ago and the leasing representative, Sara, has been extremely helpful in getting us comfortable. Our neighbors have all been friendly, so far. The building is always clean. I'm very pleased.
Recently moved in on 4/1/2019 and really like the facility. Christina, Jeremy, and Melinda were extremely helpful with locating and finalizing my suite. It was a very smooth relocation for me, and I would highly recommend Boxer Properties.

Boxer properties is a great company to lease from. There locations are all conveniently located and at an affordable price. It is great for start up companies and I highly recommend them to all my family and friends.
I work out of an office here sometimes. This is an office building. They rent office space to companies here. The air conditioning in the common areas is pretty lousy. What more do you want?
Tenants aren t respected, garage is filthy and there s an assembly of filth trailers out front so it looks like a junk yard.
Christina was super helpful. Found us exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend her.
