What to say?! Amazing place. Clean, hot water (and for children this means a lot), qualified and polite staff (which is not at all obvious). Clean locker rooms, Mario - the Administrator - competent, helpful and knowledgeable person.
A place and "safe" people to entrust your children with. Even now that the "Covid" emergency has put everyone to the test, I believe that the precautions taken are up to the place just described: punctual, precise and - precisely - safe.

It is a really nice place to take your babies, toddlers and youngsters to learn how to swim or just have fun in the water.. Nice staff. Very kind and helpful. The teachers are very nice. Ask for Deborah. The only thing is they could bring it up to date a bit with the changing rooms and showers.

We went with a kid to try out the swimming classes. He had so much fun! The group was small so the instructor could dedicate the attention to each one of them. The swimming pool is nice, everything clean and the staff if really kind.
I thought I was dealing with professionals, unfortunately after the quarantine they had a shameful attitude, bordering on scam: in order to take advantage of the unused lessons during the 4 months of closure, they force you to enroll in a new course. In order not to be fooled, I refused, losing half of the lessons we had already paid for.

I reiterate that you paid for a course of 16 lessons (valid by the way valid until the end of September) and that you refused to let me book the missing lessons, unless I purchase a new package. Also during our telephone conversation you appealed to the gravity of the situation (which also affected customers, not just your business!) And the law that allows you to do this. Beyond the legal aspect, the fact remains that my experience with you ended in a great disappointment and that as a customer I felt harmed and made fun of. Of course when you allow me to book the missing lessons I will be happy to change this message and the evaluation.
