WAY TO EXPENSIVE!!!! And rude secretary!!!! Save your money and go to a bigger city they are robbing you!!! ONLY reason they charge what they do is because they are only ones in town! But trust me you can go elsewhere and get your things fixed for a better price!!!

My experience with this store wasn't very good. I brought in a phone with a cracked screen to be repaired. It cost $50 for the part and $120 for the repair service totalling roughly $170 (In my experience I have never paid this much. It took roughly 2 weeks before they got back to me to tell me they could not repair the phone. In those two weeks I tried calling and leaving messages twice in which were never answered or replied too. I understand I paid for a part and a service which was provided, but I was still left with a non working phone. According to the woman at the front desk they tried the new screen and a screen from another phone that was the same and neither worked. They offered to buy an additional screen but at this point I had been 2 weeks without a phone and was fed up. I didn't even get a partial refund of my money, they were also under the impression I was going to leave my broken phone in their hands. If you need a screen repair take to target or your service provider.

They really are amazing. I went in with a broken Iphone 6 and not only did they fix it super fast. The went the extra step to help me recover my account even though they didn t have to. They are really kind people. And great at their job.

These guys know what they're doing. They are great with fixing computers, repair prices are very fair and the systems they sell are priced very reasonable as well. Only place I do business with.

They've always givin me their best service! But I do feel they have some room to step it up a notch, I always seem to have the hard to fix or hard questions for computers though.

Our business began using them over 6 years ago and we take all of our computer and personal computer issues to them. Jeremy and Nicole are awesome and while their technical knowledge far surpasses ours they never talk down to us and are very patient explaining what is wrong and how it can be fixed. Customer service is extremely good and I like how knowledgeable they are. However, some prices are kinda insane for what they are. You be better off heading to Joe's computer store for a somewhat reasonable price.*Edited rating.

Had them build me a super computer desktop a couple years back. Told them cost is not a factor, but value is. He put together a package and er discussed different upgrades/downgrades based on my wants/needs etc. Still runs fast, and I have found nothing bad to say about it, even after all this time. Gonna be doing a laptop soon, so I know exactly where I ll go for that one

I would 100% recommend Personal Computer Solutions!!!! I have had to bring a couple of computers in there over the past year and I have been met with exceptional service every single time! They take the time to really explain the problem and more often than not, it's a quick fix for the experienced staff. Multiple times that fix cost me NOTHING! And when it's something they can't fix the cost is always less than I anticipated. Like many people MY LIFE IS ON MY COMPUTER!!! So having a great reliable place to go is lifesaving!

Friendly staff got my husbands computer up and going in no time.

They quoted me a price to fix my laptop. But when I went in to pick it up, it was LESS than the quoted price! And my laptop works great! Very knowledgable staff, GREAT customer service!
