I have used BATW for many years for my cats whenever I go out of town. They have always taken excellent care of my furbabies, leaving notes each visit and texting me pictures of them
Left our dogs locked outside with no shelter, no water, and no gate. Obviously dogs got out and ran around the neighborhood all day. Thank god for our neighbor who put them back and gave them water. Our dogs could have been hit by a car or severely dehydrated or stolen. After talking to owner she offered to refund $12.50 for our trouble!! PLEASE PLEASE do not leave your loved dogs with this company. Owner did not even apologize, but would "make a note for next time we left town." I think there is another company in the area... USE THEM or ask a trusted neighbor.
Just amazing! So thorough and caring. I had a last-minute situation come up where I needed a dog sitter right away for 2 days. Their attention to detail is superb, and the care and love they showed my Buddy was very touching. And they are very affordable!

Very accommodating staff, and they do a variety of services including walks, day stays, and overnight stays. They also text you pictures and updates, which is a nice touch. Great owners- would highly recommend!

Nancy and Mike are gold! I drive 1.5 hrs each way for my two pups to stay with them when I am out of town. They come back happy and tired! I couldn't trust anyone more with my babies! Seeing photos throughout the day gives me that much more peace of mind. A+++

Brought my puppies here for the first time, over a long weekend. I was very nervous to board my dogs somewhere new, because they are pretty high maintenance! I was extremely relieved when I met Nancy and saw how well her home was set up for puppy sitting. I could tell right away my dogs were going to have a great time!! When I went to pick them up, one of my dogs actually kept trying to go back into the house to play with the other dogs ... No boarding trauma here! It will definitely make me feel less guilty for boarding them during my next vacation. :)

My girls have been going here for 3.5 years, and it is the BEST place around. I actually bought a house near BATW since I travel frequently and wanted to continue to use their services. I board my dogs and have an in-home sitter come feed my cats. My original plan was to live near the airport...but chose the weekly drive instead of losing the love and care my fur babies get from Mike, Nancy, Bo and staff. One of my dogs was abused before I rescued her and she is terrified of men. She barks, snarls and cowers when a man is in her space. But, she literally runs up the driveway and hugs Mike every time I drop her off. That told me all I needed to know.
Nancy and Mike are wonderful. My puppy loves her time at BATW. She gets so excited every time she goes back! When I pick her up, she is tired, happy and healthy. It's like a Disney Land for dogs. I love checking all of the pictures that they post throughout a day. We are very fortunate to be able to go to BATW as it makes our dog's life incredible.
Excellent care for our pets, even though we made a last minute reservation. Relieved regular updates and pictures from the sitters. Highly recommended!
