My experience with this store wasn't very good. I brought in a phone with a cracked screen to be repaired. It cost $50 for the part and $120 for the repair service totalling roughly $170 (In my experience I have never paid this much. It took roughly 2 weeks before they got back to me to tell me they could not repair the phone. In those two weeks I tried calling and leaving messages twice in which were never answered or replied too. I understand I paid for a part and a service which was provided, but I was still left with a non working phone. According to the woman at the front desk they tried the new screen and a screen from another phone that was the same and neither worked. They offered to buy an additional screen but at this point I had been 2 weeks without a phone and was fed up. I didn't even get a partial refund of my money, they were also under the impression I was going to leave my broken phone in their hands. If you need a screen repair take to target or your service provider.
